My Review of Nationwide Nissan Suzuki:
Im seeing a pattern her. Whilst not straight out of college. I look like Im 21 but Im actually 29. I was looking for a a pre-certified owned used car. So I get a call from them after I contacted a website for a refferel. They pushed me to come in . I told htem I would need to find a friend availble to drop me becasue I didint have a car. They said dont worry about it will pick you up. I asked if they dropped off as well in case I dont find something , also do not have car insurance and couldnt drive off the lot. They told me not to worry.
The guy who picked me up wa snice, took me ofr the test drive, they processed my paperwork quickly. Then I told them I didint want the brand new car & that I had indicated this to the initial caller . To make a long story shprt they tried to sell me the new Nissan Snetra for $17,000 - way over priced (Id done my research on used and new cars from thei make) and tried to convince me that buying new was cheaper.
anyway, when it became apparent that I would not buy this new car and start making $350 payments, unplanned for the next 5 yrs, they asked me if someone would pick me up. I live 1hr away from the dealerhip and the metor systems between the Dc area & Baltimore do not connect. They left me sitting for about 45 mins before they explicity told me they dont give rides back., only to the dearship.
I had to tak e a light rail, Metro bus, and then Metro home, which took me nearly 3 hours on a weekend schedule or pay $100 on Amtrack which would take me 40 minutes. It was my first time in Timonium and my last time at that dealsership.
I have told everyone I know not to go there. It looks like they seem to prey on young, females b/c they think you will fall for their crap. Having done a mystery shopping assingemnt for Carmax twice, I can say that I would rather spend the extra $1000 dollars there so you know your not being swindled.
