My Review of Neals/Bohling Dodge:
I recently purchased a car from Neals Dodge in Hammond, IN. My salesman, Bill Goldrick, was very pleasant at first. Little did I know I was going to get scammed. My grandmother was going to be paying for my first car, and I told Bill that I couldnt afford to make payments on the insurance, it had to be paid in full for 6 months because I was going to be starting a new job and wouldnt be able to afford to make monthly payments for full coverage insurance for a while. He said he could add it to the price of the car and I wouldn't have to pay the insurance co. anything for 6 months. THIS WAS VERY CLEAR WHEN WE MADE THE DEAL. I bought the car and 5 days later, I got payment books in the mail saying that I owed the insurance company $164.00 a month for my insurance! When I called Bill, all I got was the old run-around. I went in to talk to him, and he played dumb the whole time with this smug little smile on his face, and told me that I would have to be responsible for the payments! Now I'm screwed, and he's got a nice fat commission. I will never again do business at this dealer, and I'm telling everyone I know about my experience there.
