My Review of Neillo BMW:
I went w/ my girlfriend to look at new 5 series sedans/wagons and X5s. her '02 325Ci is over 100k miles, plus she's getting a BIG dog (mastiff). Her 325Ci was purchased in Fresno b/c of the excellent cust service, especially compared to the condescending attitude she received from 3 Bay Area dealership's salesmen. We tried Niello to see if it was worth buying there for the shorter distance from home. Chris came out to help when we got to the lot, and was very pleasant but not helpful. My girlfriend's intention was to get information on the models to help her decision on which will be best for her dog, and based on the treatment from the staff she would decide whether to buy from Niello. Chris asked very early "where are you in the process" so it was obvious he wanted to know if she was buying right away. When we explained the situation, he was no longer interested in sticking around for questions, and politely gave his card, writing the bmw website address in case we had questions. Based on this, she will be going back to Fresno to buy her new 5 series, any future new car, and will continue recommending Fresno to family, friends, and coworkers. Niello lost a DEFINITE sale, and many more in the future.

My Review of Neillo BMW:
Overall a good dealer. Have delt with Weatherford in Berkeley, Claridge's in Fremont, and Concord BMW, as well as a few in southern California. Niello was the best of the bunch, but there is room for improvement. If you know what you want and you ask for it, then you should have no problems. They can be slow to call you back when they are busy. Another reviewer mentioned standing in the service area waiting to acknowledge him/her. This has only happened to me once in about 6 trips to Niello, and all you have to do is speak up. Quite often there are customers standing around that are already being helped. Sometimes the atmosphere seems a little "rushed" and they lack the complete "hand holding" that some people would like. For example, when you go to pick up your car because it is done, go straight to the cashier and pay. They will call for it to be brought up. No one told me this and I had to wait for my advisor to come out of a meeting to tell me to go to the cashier. Overall, they do good work and charge reasonable prices for a dealer (which are all overpriced).
