My Review Of Nelson Mazda Nashville:

I usually buy new cars from local dealers ( people I know) but all the local new car dealers are a thing of the past. I found this car dealership on-line and realized they were close to my brother's house. We stopped by to see the new CX-5 and found the new Mazda 6. We were impressed with the laid back sales people. We were able to negotiate price and trade-in via phone and e-mail. The final negotiation went smooth when we came back on Saturday. We love the car. We will recommend you to our friends.

My Review Of Nelson Mazda Nashville:

The process could not have been simpler. Most of the legwork was done via email and telephone. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, the car was cleaned and waiting for me. Both Joshua's were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I needed a bit of assistance due to some financial mistakes years ago, but the team pulled through for me and I got the car I had my eye on! I highly, highly recommend this location for all your new/used purchase needs. I'm Nelson Mazda fan for life!!

My Review Of Nelson Mazda Nashville:

from contact after my web search, to the appointment to see the vehicle, which culminated in the purchase of the vehicle, which was in itself a pleasureble experience, this dealership renewed my faith in the industry and the omen of the "used car salesman" and all nthe negativity that conjurs up.
In short I was pleased, surprized and my expectations were infinetly exceeded. I will be back when the need arises you have a loyual customer on the first visit, concratulations and THANKS to David.

My Review Of Nelson Mazda Nashville:

To make a long story short, my wife and I were looking to trade in her Volvo s60 for a newer vehicle. After searching different dealerships on the internet and some even in person, we decided we wanted to go check out Nelson Mazda(on Broadway) in Nashville TN. We initially went to just see about trading her vehicle in and paying the difference in cash on a vehicle in our budget. We also were not to keen about a car payment since both of our vehicles were paid off already. But after a little while of being at the dealership and honestly having a family style atmosphere we began to warm up to the possibility of financing a vehicle. What was great was that there was NOT a bit of pressure from our salesman David Hughes(who by the way even watched our children) while my wife and I talked things over outside. David really impressed my wife and I with his honesty and heartfelt way he treated us, not as customers by a part of a family, THANK YOU DAVID HUGHES!! Then we had the wonderful opportunity to work with their Finance Director Rich Craycroft, who was an instant hit with my children! Aside from the fact he joked and played with them while we looked over the paperwork, he also blew balloons up for them and even allowed my youngest kids to play Angry Birds on his personal cellphone. Again I must say this dealership is all about making the customer happy as well as making the WHOLE experience about you and your family. I know I wrote a lot but I truly was extremely pleased with the whole experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like your business is not expected but honored and appreciated.

My Review Of Nelson Mazda Nashville:

I've purchased 2 cars from Nelson Mazda in a very short period of time, one intentional and the other completely unplanned. These are my 5th and 6th car purchases - I hate shopping for cars, I think of it as going to war. You have to research all the numbers and options and block off half your day to haggle with some smarmy guy in a cheap suit with a bad toupee who has to constantly go "talk to his manager" every 5 minutes while you sit and count the ceiling tiles.

Buying a car at Nelson Mazda couldn't be more different or more pleasant unless they were giving away free cars. For our first purchase, I'd researched the Mazda 5 and when I went into the showroom I was greeted by the sales manager, Randy Dismang. He showed me a Mazda 5, answered all of our questions and when I asked him for his best price on the car, he thought about it for a second and gave me a number. I told him I wanted to go home and think about it and there was no pressure, no "what would it take to put you in this car ta-day". The deal was a good one and we went back the next day and was handed off to David Hughes to finish the deal and Joe Fyke to do the finance/paperwork stuff. David is a super nice guy, knows everything you could want to know about the cars and the options and was extremely helpful. Joe is not your typical finance guy who tries to sell you spinning rims and undercoating. He was efficient with the paperwork and offered useful options, but was not pushy at all.

My second car was totally unplanned. My Honda croaked and the cost to repair was more than 75% of the book value of the car. I know I just said David was a nice guy, but I really didn't want to see him again so soon, but I'm glad I did. He and Josh worked with me to find a really great deal on a Mazda 3 that was within my budget. Just like the first time, nobody tried to push me into a more expensive anything or sell me things I didn't need. They listened to what my goals were with this purchase and offered options that met and exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Nelson Mazda, what I thought was going to be a very ugly financial situation (2 car payments) turned out much better than I believed it would.

Long story short, these guys are a class act and they've earned both my repeat business and my referral to anyone who will listen or read my zillion word review. If you give them a chance, I believe they will earn your business as well.

My Review Of Nelson Mazda Nashville:

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I chose this dealership because we had heard it advertised on the Fish...which is a Christian radio station. We also had family members who had purchased 2 different cars from here. Needless to say we were in no way disappointed. The people at Nelson Mazda are absolutely wonderful. Joe Talley has to be one of the nicest car salesmen around. He fed my family lasagna while we waited for our paperwork and brought cars up for us to the door since it was cold outside! He is not at all pushy and wanted to put us in what worked for OUR budget...not his paycheck. He even had several other customers come in while we were there and not once did he shrug us off or try to balance more than one of us. He referred them to another salesman and stayed right with us. Rich Craycroft made the signing process go very smoothly and worked us what we felt to be a good deal on a great vehicle. In all the whole process took only a couple of hours. I will definitely return when it is time to purchase another vehicle. Thanks guys! You have restored my faith in the car sales business...not everyone is out to get you after all.

I have had many experiences with car dealerships, but none that compared to my recent visit to Nelson Mazda on Broadway. David Hughes, and the Nelson Team are the real deal and by far the best that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely genuine and they stand by their word.

Customer service that can't be beat! Helpful, polite, respectful, good price. Great location. Got sick and tired of the Honda attitude so I decided to be a 1st-time Mazda buyer and love the car. Mazda must be the best kept secret in auto in 2011, and Nelson Mazda is certainly the best dealership I have ever been to.

I had a very good experience at Nelson Mazda in Nashville. David was very patient and friendly. Since it was my first time ever buying a new car I learned a lot and David gave me a lot of useful information. I got the car I wanted for a generous price. My Review Of Nelson Mazda Nashville:

David was very good to work with. He spent plenty of time e-mailing me quotes and options where other dealers refused to deal with me via e-mail. David wasn't pushy and was very patient as it took several weeks of vehicle shopping to decide on the Mazda.

The dealership is very customer oriented with a "home" feel. There were refreshments, televisions, and I even saw a father and son playing video games in one area. Overall, the salesmen and staff were friendly and polite.

I wouuld recommend the dealership.
