He had an argument with me in front of employees and customers because his salesperson Troy Heyward was “taking too long” in trying to sell me a car( Troy’s customer Service, however, was excellent- he really helped me in finding out what type of car I wanted). This argument lasted for about six minutes until I finally walked out of the dealership. Jared then followed me outside to give me a weak apology. Never buy from a place that treats their customers badly. It’s always a bad sign to buy from a company whose management exhibits poor customer service. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! More

It seems if my advisor goes on vacation or out no one can assist me or give me information on my vehicle. stay away from this place I purchased a Nissan Murano at Nemet Nissan in Jamaica. The finance guy pushed a contract paper of a fake insurance policy between the papers he made I purchased a Nissan Murano at Nemet Nissan in Jamaica. The finance guy pushed a contract paper of a fake insurance policy between the papers he made me signed in a rush. I noticed that when I went home. Next day I went back asking them to cancel it. Finance guy refused to cancel it. I reached the owner over the phone finally. He was very rude, ignorant and rootless. He hung up the phone on me. They did not cancel. It costed me $2000. I learned the lesson the hard way that I must take time when I sign anything. Later I found out they did the same thing to one of my co-workers. Stay away from this place. They are not good people.
