We bought a Chrysler 300 on 5/13/23, it was the easiest process I've ever been through buying a car for my wife. Mike our sales rep felt like family and everyone was very helpful and nice. Now 22hrs later process I've ever been through buying a car for my wife. Mike our sales rep felt like family and everyone was very helpful and nice. Now 22hrs later my wife is driving our badass new car to her mom's on mother's day and a storm hits and the flooding begins. She crossed a place with standing water and she didn't realize how flooded it was until the water came up and over the hood, hyper locking the engine. So within 23 hrs we had a badass car with a blown piston. We called to tell the dealership what happened, not expecting anything from them because it wasn't their responsibility after we drove off the lot the day before, but they called the shop they use and sent a tow truck out and picked up the car, met with the insurance adjuster and they are in the process of putting a new engine in as we speak. I can not say enough good thing about Mike and Never Say Auto. We plan to buy another vehicle from them real soon. More
