Steve and the other guys are great. They're able to identify my car's problems and fix them immediately. The prices are reasonable and they're friendly to deal with. I recommend their service department.

My Review of New Century Volkswagen:
somewhat frustrating to deal with but no more than most service departments - don't open till 7:30 pam, no loaners for "normal" service, need to pick up car by 6:00 pm. Saturday hours usually only for oil changes and reg. scheduled maintenace - not for usually for other issues.
