My Review of New Country Motor Cars:
Bought an x5 in03, and have now ordered an 06 530xi. Saved thousands over the New London dealer. Would not deal with anyone else for a Bimmer!

PROVIDED REALISTIC TRADE IN ALLOWANCES ON S500 AND CORVETTE 2000.. FOR THE PURCHASE OF A S500 2004... TOOK UP MUCH OF HIS TIME BUT HE DID NOT SEEM TO MIND.. NO ATTEMPTS TO RUSH NOR DID HE TRY TELLING ME WHAT TO BUY.. THE ONLY THING I WOULD WARN SALESPERSONS TO STOP SAYING .. "THE BOSS"S WIFE DROVE THAT CAR" WHAT IS THIS SUPPOSED TO MEAN?.. I HAVE HEARD THIS SAME LINE USED BY SEVERAL SALESPERSONS AT DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS? HUH?

My Review of New Country Motor Cars:
BE WARNED..DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THIS PLACE!! I can not elaborate much but I'll tell you, if you want your car to be undamaged and to not overpay (as well as not STOLEN from the dealership) and be charged for unecessary items, go somewhere else. if you doubt me, just call Mr. Pippoli the General Manager and act like you have a problem and witness his HORRIFIC customer service skills. You've been warned...

My Review of New Country Motor Cars:
Stay away from this guy… I didn't listen to what other BMW fanatics were trying to advise me against and I've got burned. I'm bringing the car back for the third time (same reason)! At this point I wouldn't say that my general experience was horrible but I strongly believe that the service rep is out there to pay attention to things that you would normally pay attention to. On the other hand, in this instance I view the dealer through the quality of service I get. I'll give them another try this time with Ethan Gombossy…

On another note, when I was buying my BMW I have walked into the dealership and was nearly humiliated by Vahan Zhamkochian (I could only speculate in saying that I might not necessarily fit the demographic profile of most BMW owners). He was the main reason why I chose BMW of North Haven over New Country.
My Review of New Country Motor Cars:
I purchased my 2002 Mini Cooper S from New Country. I also paid MSRP, unheard of when the MINI first came out. Peter Brass is excellent to deal with. They actually drove my plates up to Northeast MASS from CT after a mix-up with the registry. Between friends and co-workers we purchased 8 cars from Peter.

My Review of New Country Motor Cars:
Not the best price but nice people to deal with. Don't play games with prices etc.
Service is OK but none is great.
Loaners are Toyota's at best.
Doesn't deal with BMWCCA or give discounts to members.
