My Review of New Country Toyota of Westport:
I would NOT recommend this dealer. We were looking at a certified used highlander they had on the lot and were ready to purchase, we just needed financing. We agreed on a price and placed a deposit on the vehicle on a wednesday and was told the finance manager would call us the next day (thursday) and we could pick up the car on friday. Did not receive a call on thursday despite leaving several messages looking for an update. No call on friday again. Still no call on saturday. Called and left a message saying we wanted to cancel the deal since we hadn't heard from them and only then do we get a call back. Neither the finance manager or the sales man could understand why we were upset or why we wanted to cancel the deal. No apologies. Didn't even care when we said we no longer wanted that car just said ok.

Ended up with a similar vehicle that was $1500 cheaper and a dealership that appreciated our business.

My Review of New Country Toyota of Westport:
Blake was rude, condescending and refused to give us a final price for the car we were looking at or even tell us what we would be given for the trade. He behaved in a very unprofessional manor in all ways. The rudeness we encountered was unbelievable. Many friends and family members refuse to by a car here, but we thought we'd give them a chance. We happily bought our new sienna the next day from a competant dealership.

My Review of New Country Toyota of Westport:
the servise departement in the dealer will keep you waiting for hours, just for a oil change. i took my car back to them after just having it for a day or two, because of a vibration all they did was move the tire to the back, so when i rotated the tires 15,000 miles later the vibration came back when i went to them they told me the warranty expired.

Toyota's and scion's are good cars but the dealer has to back them up and this one dose not.
