My Review of Newburgh Toyota Scion:
I had 8 payments left on my lease when I contacted John Casey asking about the 2012 Camry. I had specific ideas of what I was looking for, and John managed to put together a deal that worked for my financing and included paying off my existing lease. John was very patient in answering my numerous questions and when I had questions about the Entune system Chris DeThomas was able to step in and offer assistance. John and Chris were both very friendly and helpful I was able to take possession of exactly the vehicle I was looking for just a few days after agreeing a deal.

I'm a big Toyota fan and this experience was just the kind of thing that makes me keep coming back and I will happily use John Casey next time. Toyota of Newburgh is an excellent well run dealership with polite good humor in every direction.

My Review of Newburgh Toyota Scion:
John was very helpful in securing not one, but two vehicles for my business and family. They gave us a great trade-in and a great price for both of them. They also work hard at finding our preferred color choice. Kristin was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for my business needs and doing the initial leg work for a beautiful Certified pre-owned, saving us thousands of dollars. And Mike was very accommodating in helping us with the trade-in specifics. They work well as a team, making the customer feel important, and we are!

Overall a very positive experience!

My Review of Newburgh Toyota Scion:
You know when you buy something people are all smiles while your there. And when you come back they don't remember your name. Well NOT AT NEWBURGH TOYOTA. I was there today for service, nothing big, low tire presure. Any way Eduardo came up to me a greeded me, knew my name and remeber things we spoke about. Later Bob M. saw me and remembered my name and we spoke about the Mets. It these little thing that make you feel good about buying a car there and telling people how great the dealership is and the people that work there.

They have the best service department in the world. From the time you get there and are greeted. The Tec expalined what was done and and answer any questions that you might have. I have purchased many cars from different dealers and had service. None can compare to Newbough Toyota's service department.

Tom Relyea did an outstanding job selling me our new Toyota Highlander recently. I was the type of customer that new exactly what I wanted, had done thorough research on my own, and also had a bottom line price. Tom was able to quickly get me exactly what I had in mind and at a price even better than what I had been able to research! I was made comfortable and at ease through the entire process.
