My Review of Newport Beach Audi Bentley Porsche:
I had been looking at Audi's for a few months, done my research, and wanted to go on a test drive. Not being one for a negative pushy sales experience I was happy to find Jeff Faeber at Newport Audi was most accommodating, full of information and enthusiasm, without any pressure to buy today. From start to finish I'd say the process for me took over 4 months. Before buying from Newport Audi, I toured their service department (award winning I was told) and observed the neat appearance of the lot. Location was important for me, but really in SoCal, I have many dealers to choose from, some close to home, some close to work. I had been in contact with a few dealerships, was not too pleased with the vibe I was getting, Ultimately my sales experience with Jeff factored about 70% in my decision to go to Newport Audi, the rest would come down to price. Funny thing, I got the price I wanted to. Now, they sell more than Audi's over there at Newport Audi Porsche Bentley,... so if you’re in the market for one of those automobiles, I'd say give them a try. Most people seem to write reviews of people, places or things when they are unhappy. I'm just pleased with my experience, and did not want a good deed to go unnoticed. Right now I'm having way too much fun in my new 2009 Audi A3 Quattro, call Jeff and see if he can help you find the car that makes you happy.

My Review of Newport Beach Audi Bentley Porsche:
I ordered an A4 3.0 Cabriolet and waited 4 months for it to be delivered a few years ago. When it finally arrived, the dealer sold it to a walk-in buyer before I set eyes on the thing. Needing a car, I bought a similarly equipped car...but without NAV... the only similar car on the lot. When I brought the car in for repairs, they not only DID NOT fix the problem (I had to take the car to another dealer for a real fix), but the repair desk told me they performed work which was never done. This dealer now has a new name and sells Porsches and Bentleys as well. I would NEVER buy a car from these people, nor have I ever returned for further maintenance. I cannot recommend it for anything...though it is close to a Starbucks!

Shane and Chris in Sales were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I wanted to drive an A4 but wasn't quite ready to buy, and they were still attentive but not at all pushy. <br><br>I had previously gone to Commonwealth Audi in Santa Ana where the salesman asked, &quot;so there's no way you'd buy it today?&quot; and literally walked away from me without offering to take me on a test drive. <br><br>Circle Audi in Long Beach wouldn't let me test drive without running a credit report because they want to make sure I was a &quot;qualified buyer&quot; before &quot;wasting their time.&quot;<br><br>The A4 I want is a unique int/ext combination, and there was no pressure from Newport Beach Audi to buy something they had on the lot; they were willing to search and then, after not finding it in the network, special order it for me.<br>
