When I originally visited the dealership,I was there for the promotion. I was approached by a salesperson by the name of Tee,very friendly and courteous. He suggested I at least take a look around the car lot. I am glad I did, and very thankful to Nexcar employees, everyone was very helpful and so nice and patient.

We were looking for our son's first car and chose NEXCAR over all other dealerships based on numerous reviews we'd seen online. When we arrived, we were met by Tee who offered his hand and a warm welcome. We gave him a list of what we were looking for in a car, and within minutes he had information on two cars that matched our specifications. We were surprised when one of the cars was exactly what we were looking for. After a quick test-drive, we knew it was perfect for our son's first car and decided to purchase it.

During our time at NEXCAR, Tee was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He let us know that because we were paying cash for the car, they were giving us a substantial discount. We still tried to negotiate the price further, so Tee directed us to their GM, Scott. Like Tee, Scott was extremely personable. While professional, he was laid-back and more than happy to meet with us. We talked pricing for a while and tried negotiating another discount. In turn, Scott provided us with information supporting the car's asking price. After all was said and done, Scott decided to meet us half-way. We were thrilled and the sale was finalized.

All in all, the entire transaction lasted no more than 2 ½ hours; it was easy, quick and painless. In addition to all that, we found that they stand by their cars. The day after we bought the car, we took it to our mechanic to make sure everything checked out. He gave us a short list of things that needed to be double-checked, repaired or replaced. We brought the car back to NEXCAR that same afternoon and gave Tee the list our mechanic had given us. He asked that we leave the car and said he'd have their shop take care of it. When we picked it up the following day, any missing items were replaced and all repairs complete – everything on the list was taken care of. We would definitely recommend NEXCAR to anyone in need of a car. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, happy and helpful. They bent over backwards to take care of us, and we will absolutely go back when it's time to make our next car purchase.

Over all great service, very nice friendly great sence of humor our sales represensative went out of his way to provide us with awesome service . i wil be coming back in the future recommending NEXCAR and TEE to family and friends.

If you have bad credit go some place else. I bought a vehicle from these guys and it Blue Books at 13k but I am paying 30k. I understand having bad credit will push up the price, but 30k for a used vehicle? Also when I took the car in to get looked at I was informed that it had been in an accident so that even pushes the value down more. It was not in just a little accident, it was hit in the front and the car had missing parts. I will be interested in buying another vehicle and will see what the next price on a car will be for me. If it is anything like the first vehicle price I will steer clear from them and will do business elsewhere. Also before buying make sure to have the vehicle inspected well over.

Hello everyone, I recently visited Nexcar on 45 N. I was very amazed at the service I received. No one would approve me for a car. I was going to give up. I thought I would try one more time that's when I visited Nexcar. They greeted me at the door and made me feel like family. I told them my situation and they took care of it without any problems. Tee told me don't worry about it we will take care of you, and they did just that. I was able to drive off in a new used car. They will do whatever they can to work with you. With this company they really take care of their customers which is why I give them a good rating. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A CAR WITH BAD CREDIT OR NO CREDIT!

I have received excellent service at NexCar when I was desperately searching for another car. It took all but 2 days to find the right car for me and
Mr. Tee Leverson and Mr. Bisship Knight did not rest until they found a car that suited me financially and comfortably. I thank them so much for that and I will totally recommend anyone to this dealership because they will definitely be satisfied for what car they can get at a good price.

I really love this dealership! Mr.Tony Glass was my salesman & he was excellent & answered every question I had. Mr.Bisship also made sure I was very comfortable & kept an smile on my face everytime I came to the dealership. I have most definitely recommended my dealership Nexcar to plenty of people.
