My Review of Niello BMW:
Rick in service was great to work with when dealing with repairs on my old car. Decided to buy new vehicle and wanted to buy from Niello because of the great service I got. Tried to deal with Maureen, but she treated me very rudely. I ended up buying from another dealer much further away from my home. Niello sales staff think way too highly of themselves.

Never buy from the floor sales staff! Always work through the Internet/Fleet staff. Do it on-line too! Be prepared to travel to find the best deal possible.
