My Review of Nielsen Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I recently bought a new 2007 mercury mariner from Nielsen Ford in LaPorte Indiana. After 5,000 miles, the transmission went out, then while in the care of the dealer the sun roof was left open during a total of 7 inches of rain. my car now has water damage, smells very bad and all they are doing is sending it to a detail shop. No sorry, no nothing. I feel that this is unacceptable by a dealer such as Nielsen.
