I am a repeat customer at Nimnicht, and I purchased many cars in my adult life from other dealerships prior to my first experience at Nimnicht, so I am well aware of the treatment there as compared to everywhere else. It is not just the sales team or prices or offered vehicles for sale that brings me back, but everyone involved from sales and finance to service after the sale. I have purchased both new and used cars from Nimnicht, with complete confidence, and will return again when it is time to purchase my next car. There is no where else that I trust more. I give my highest review to Nimnicht because these guys are kind, friendly, fair, and honest, and even after the sale, when it is time for service or repair, they treat my car like it belongs to a dear family member. I am female and know little about cars so I have to trust my dealership, and I certainly do. Through the years, anytime I hear someone mention that they need a car, I always strongly suggest they go to Nimnicht, and tell them why. This last sale, I purchased a used car for my daughter, and I truly feel that they went above and beyond what would normally be done to please me. Looking forward to my next new car from Nimnicht, but not quite ready to part with this last one that I purchased from them, it's that good.

Husband took in his truck to sevice department for tires, alignment; decided to look at GMC Terrain while there - Sales Rep, Jason Hovey, was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and the other staff as well. We decided to purchase the new vehicle. No hassels, no back and forth bargaining -- actually hard to believe it was so easy and pleasant. Drove home same day with new SUV. Go there if you are looking to purchase, go to the service department -- they are great! Our best experience ever in buying a new vehicle -- honest!

Normally, I would purchase cars from an individual rather than a dealership because I hate all the pressure they instill upon you however, Dexter Smith made this an AWESOME experience. I had a number in mind for the vehicle I wanted and he ensured my needs were met. He bent over backwards to provide my wife and I with a quality used car within our budget without all the pressure and pushing most salesmen would give you. He went well above the call of duty to get his managers to agree to my price, while detailing the car and repairing a couple of cosmetic flaws on the vehicle, he ensured that we we happy with our purchase. An experience I never thought possible from a big dealership and we owe it all to him! We got a one owner vehicle basically below black book value and we very please with his determination to ensure we got it. Should I decide to buy any other vehicle in the future, he will be my first stop! Very professional individual!

Wife took the car in at 0730 and told them repeatedly that She would have to leave by 1000 to go to work. They put a reader on the VUE (which does not take more then 5 minutes)pops out a code and you have your problem. They do this for free at auto zone. Nimnicht price $98.12. Then they add shop fees for $3.85? Really its a code reader. It's not like they changed the oil or something dirty. She left at 1000 and the vehicle is no closer to being fixed. My Wife and I were in the market for a used Hummer H3 for our business. We called Nimnicht after looking at two high mileage H3's at other dealers. Had we called Russ first we could have saved gas and time. Everyone there at Nimnicht treated us like true friends helping us get the image vehicle for our business. They gave us the "You're a Hummer Owner now" welcome, explaining everything, demonstrating the vehicle professionally, even saying "we're gonna miss this H3." The H3 was in show room condition, it was raining but we had to promise to bring it back for a "proper" H3 delivery experience.

We highly recommend Russ and the Nimnicht team to everyone in the market for a New or Used vehicle.

Russ and Lisa were awesome. Worked out a deal on a 2012 Verano for a 2 year lease. Bot professional and easy to work with. Russ even goes the extra mile to give his cell phone if we need extra help with all the features of the Verano. They went the extra mile to help us get the deal we were looking for. Nimnicht and all their people are awesome.
