The entire process took way too long. I was there from 12 noon until 7pm. My salesperson, although very nice, could use more training. He was also helping another client at the same time, while other salespeople were standing around. I walked out twice and was convinced to stay. I appreciate the work of the finance man who ultimately made the deal work. The salesperson never went over and features of the car. Once the deal was over he handed the keys over in the showroom and let us walk out. Never in my life has a salesperson not walked me to the car showed me how to work the features. I am still reading through the manual to figure things out. More
