My Review of Nissan of Buena Park:
They are a fraud based Car Dealer Ship. Their Sales team could not keep their agreed purchase price together. From the Vehicle Price, to my APR, to Down payment to ultimitaly the Trade in Value. Numbers would change on me each minute by minute and no one had a valid reason why numbers kept increasing -even after they had given me a written agreed price. It was total bad business after bad business. By the time it reached Finance, it had changed again. Finance will not honor sales price.
Their finance dept will make everything sound promising though, however once they have you on their dotted line, and you dont comply with any of the previous down payment arrangements, whether they told you they would work with you and revise your contract, its all a LIE. There written and/or verbal agreements to consumers are a complete and utter hoax -an attempt to allure customers by falsifying agreements. This company will sue you within less than 30 days from the date of purchase of your new vehicle. Please think twice about doing business with this company.
