I did research for the vehichle I wanted in the auto solutions magazine, the free magazine for automotive search. I also then used what I found in the magazine to go online and I found East Providence Nissan. This was my second stop from the listings I found in the book. The experience here at East Providence Nissan was very five star. I got there on a Sunday evening about a quarter past 4:00pm which is closing time for this dealership. I was still greeted at the parking lot by Adler one of the sales reps and asked inside to be helped. It turned out that the vehicle I was interested in was being serviced and I had to return the very next day. I came back a the next day, test drove the vehicle, it had already been serviced,inspected, and four hours later I was a proud new owner. Thank you Adler and East Prrovidence Nissan.

I was in search of a vehicle. I spoke with Sharon online, told her what I was looking for, and what I had to work with. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was not "boxed" into what they think I should have. I was provided with exactly what I was looking for. The entire team and staff worked together to make things happen. It was an overall really good experience. I would recommend this dealership and am now a Nissan convert.

Messed up on the paperwork 3 times and did not negotiate price although the car had minor damage. Sales manager stopped returning phone calls and the whole process of buying the car even when I was at the dealership took too long.

We happened to see some of the dealership's cars on display at the Swansea Mall and was curious so we decided to stop in. We initially went in to just take a look, but we were so impressed with the quality and selection of cars, and the salesperson was so helpful and went out of his way to aid in our purchase that we were able to buy the perfect car.

I cannot speak highly enough about Patrick. He was professional and courteous and spot on with the demonstration. He has a sense of not putting the typical sales pressure on the buyer which was very pleasant to see. I enjoyed the visit so much so the my wife and I purchased a 2013 Altima from him just today.

I am certainly glad that I saw the add on the Internet and inquired about the vehicle or I would not of meet up with him.

no pressure, no hassle, no worries

My experience with Dave was great. He got right to the point and I didn't feel that I was being lied to or had to listen to any personal bull. He always kept conversation going, mostly positive and informative. He was able to get to my level and relate very well. I was impressed on how he expedited the process once we came to an agreement and I never felt rushed.
