This was the first new car that I ever bought by myself, was nervous, had a budget, Jay Powell worked very hard to find the right nissan Rouge with the right price. (Even though I still wanted more discounts). A very good experience over all, I would definately recommend this dealership and sales person.

My Review Of Nissan of Greer:

Nissan of Greer and Mike Ellis helped make getting my first car as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Mike did a very good job in informing about the Civic Hybrid I wanted to buy. He gave me a thorough overview of what to expect out of the Honda Civic in general. Mike told me what the benefits and potential drawbacks of owning a hybrid vehicle would be. As we looked over the Civic Hybrid's CarFax, he clarified the more technical points within the report.

As I test drove the Civic Hybrid with Mike, he let my mother and I know what kind of driving experience we should expect from such a vehicle.

I wanted to emphasize Mike's friendliness and cooperation during this entire process. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision; I never felt like I was getting a raw deal. When we encountered potential issues, Mike kept calm, did his research, and spoke with his co-workers if he needed to. He went the extra mile to do quality work.

Once Mike helped me and my mom decide on my first car, we had to fill out paperwork. The process was relatively quick and stress-free. While it wasn't in and out, I never felt like my time was being wasted.

In the end, I got a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid that's in pristine condition for well under the Blue Book price. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I would definitely refer this dealership and specifically Mike Ellis to friends and family.

Typical Bait and Switch Dealership. Adverstised a low miles Sentra....called and was told it was there....got there 20 minutes later to hear....."Oh, I'm sorry we don't have that car but we have plenty of higher priced options". NEVER AGAIN!! Buyer beware!

My Review Of Nissan of Greer:

We didn't go in to Nissan of Greer expecting to get the pathfinder we really liked. We had a Nissan Versa we were trading in and knew the value to loan ratio was a little upside down. We had also previously calculated what our payments would be on the beautiful blue pathfinder before we went in and knew it was out of our budget. We really thought the only vehicle with a third row seat that we could afford would be a Kia Sorento, but we wanted to stay with Nissan if possible and a third row seat was a must. I test drove the pathfinder and really enjoyed the feel of the car so we decided to go crunch some numbers to see what we were looking at payment wise. Sure enough to purchase the vehicle the payments were out of our price range. Then the sales manager switched us to a lease and the payments were where we could afford. However, they forgot to tell us the first payment on the lease was due at the time of signing. We were not prepared for that payment so instead of saying we could not purchase the car; they paid our first payment. Then come to find out we were only approved for a certain payment amount and what we had originally agreed to was over that amount. Once again Nissan of Greer came through for us. They increased the amount they gave us in our trade and decreased the car even more. Once they did that we were able to keep the pathfinder and our payments were lowered to fit our budget. We had a wonderful experience working with Nissan of Greer. It was not a hassle, we didn't feel pressured to buy the car, and they went above and beyond what any other dealership would do to keep us in the car we were happy with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a car. Tim, Mike, and Bernard were great to work with, and really nice guys.

I stopped at Nissan of Greer & explained that I was looking to get into a new vehicle because my lease was almost up. My last vehicle was purchased with them and I wanted to stay with Nissan of Greer. This team worked hard to get the numbers where I needed them to be, they made me feel as though I was a priority. Anytime I have gone into this dealership, they are friendly, ask questions about my children's sports and truly make it feel like a family. Additionally, I received a very peronalized and lengthy voicemail from Mike Ellis about our experience there & how he wanted to ensure our satisfaction with Greer Nissan. This sealed it for me, and made me especially glad that I was able to purchase my vehicle from Nissan of Greer. I really enjoy the people who work there, and look forward to seeing their friendly faces when I return for my first oil change! : )
