My Review of Nissan of White Plains:
I have been servicing my car at Nissan of White Plains for two and a half years. I usually take my car over weekends, but this past time I had it serviced during the week. Big mistake because I had to interact with Joe and as a result his manager Tim in the service department. They are SO RUDE, I'm surprised they're still employed. I had questions that Joe wasn't willing to answer so I asked for the manager, Tim. It turns out Tim was even worse than Joe. Not only did he tell me what I should think, and basically made me feel wrong in asking questions about my service, but he also kept cutting me off, and when I finally got a word in started to say "blah blah blah". Imagine that! When I came to pick up my car, both men got in my face and were so rude that I'm really shocked that Nissan employed them. That says a lot about the brand. Tim even called me a bitch. Its bad enough when a customer service rep loses his or her cool with a customer, but its another thing if they use foul language. That is absolutely inappropriate. If you want to use this dealership, my advice is don't ask any questions unless you want the immature frustrated manager (Tim) to get in your face and talk in a condescending manner. He really needs to learn social etiquette and definitely NEEDS TO GET FIRED!!
