My Review Of North Austin Audi:

When I asked for information online, I was offered a special "Internet Price" for a 2013 Audi Q5. I was told that this "True Market Value" was in line with the price that Edmunds.com website showed people in the nation paid for the similar vehicle with similar features. I received the following email from Roger Beasley Audi's Salesperson: Hi Flora , Here is an example from Edmunds.com of one of the vehicles we have in stock matching your request. You will notice that they show invoice, MSRP and the current "True Market Value." I am providing you with this 3rd party information for a couple of reasons: 1: Very often I hear people say that they want to be sure they are receiving a fair deal and did not pay a lot more than their neighbor for the same vehicle. 2: Edmunds is one of the most reputable and used references for vehicle pricing available on the internet. Because we are the largest volume dealer in central Texas, we will definitely sell for less than Edmunds’ "TMV." When would you like to come in to test drive and purchase the Q5 ? Notice it says they will "definitely sell for less than Edmunds TMV! I still have the original email. Well, when i was finally ready to purchase the vehicle, I called to see if they had a vehicle that matched my original description. The salesperson found one that was similar. I asked what the E-Price (TMV) would be and he just said "don't worry about it, we will get you a good deal" When it arrived a few days later, I went to pick it up and purchase it. I was told by the same salesperson that E-Prices were no longer being given by any audi dealership because there was a shortage of vehicles. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, I looked at the Audi website and noticed they still had E-Prices being advertised on their websites at the Austin dealership website and at the Houston Dealership website. When you click on the website "button" for E-Price, you get the following message - "Enter your information and you will receive a special price quote by email for this 2013 Audi Q5." I expressed my frustration at the bait and switch type of advertising they provided, but was only told "I'm sorry." I expected to get a price that was lower than the True Market Value (TMV) because that is what they had said i would "definitely" get. They should honor their advertised prices.

My Review Of North Austin Audi:

Today I'm having 2nd bad experience from the service department of this dealer. I'm not buying Audi again. Not because of the quality of the car but because of how the service department treats their customers. Too bad for Audi who makes good cars. What a shame.

My Review Of North Austin Audi:

I went to Audi North Austin for the first time this week to repair a water leaks under glove compartment issue. On the advise of folks at Texas Audi Group, I chose Michelle as my service advisor and am glad I did. It has been the most professional and satisfying service experience in my 12 years of car servicing at various Honda, Toyota and now Audi across Georgia, Illinois, Wisconsin and Texas. Michelle arranged a wonderful loaner car (A4) for me immediately upon arrival. The repair (for which there was a TSB) was completed within 3 days including waiting for arrival of parts. Car was washed and clean at the time of pick-up. Michelle even tried to get the Audi Care package at my request. Overall, I am happy to have Michelle as my service advisor and have my car services at Audi North Austin.

Bob Hoff our sales representave was incredible!!! He is extremely professional, informative and made the purchase experience an easy one. I would definitely recommend this dealership and in particular our salesman Bob Hoff. Thank you Bob!!!

My Review Of North Austin Audi:

The service department at Roger Beasely Audi is abysmal. They never answer their phones; they never call you back, and yes, I agree with the above comments, they are overall very rude and irritable people.

Furthermore, recently, I spent almost $600 on a routine maintenance on my Audi. One week later, my engine malfunctioned (I've never had problems with the car before this.) To make a long story short, the service advisor (same one who serviced my car the week before who, by the way, asked me to give him perfect marks on the email survey because he "sure could use the help") snubbed me when I called to ask if I could bring my car in. He was too busy to deal with my issue and recommended that I schedule a service appointment online.

I ended up taking my car to an independent mechanic who specializes in European cars. Of note, he drained my oil (1 wk after supposedly getting my oil changed) and told me that it looked as if I hadn't had my oil changed in many, many months.

I was thinking of getting another Audi, but after this experience, as long as I live in Austin and as long as their is no alternative Audi dealership in the area, I will never deal with Audi or any Roger Beasely dealership.

I just wish people would respect their careers and love what they do. It's hard to find people who have passion about their jobs anymore. No wonder our economy has tanked.

My Review Of North Austin Audi:

My experience with Bob has been great. He is a very competent person and he was able non only to handle all my requests and questions but also to make suggestions and provide excellent advices. He knew I was looking also to other cars but I never felt being pushed to buy an Audi from him more than a care from a different brand. Definitely it has been a pleasure to interact with him.

Also the dealership environment is very nice and the all the other employees I have interacted demonstrated the same level of competence and passion for their job and my satisfaction.

I am very satisfied customer and I will not hesitate in recommending this dealer and an Audi car.

My Review Of North Austin Audi:

I've been the owner of an Audi SUV since 2008, I was very happy with my car, so my husband and I decided to exchange it for a new model 2012. I met with BOB HOFF and we had the best buying experience in a long time. I exchanged my old car for a new one, and Bob walked us through the whole process, he was extremely patience with all our questions and doubts and he never pushed us into buying it. He was always respectful and very informative. He even asked us if we wanted to finance it through Audi Financial and we did get a better deal than doing it through our bank.
I would recommend Bob with my eyes closed, he is an excellent sales specialist, he is very polite and when we came to exchange cars he helped us set up our GPS book, took things out of our old car that we had forgotten, we felt like someone was taking care of us at all times.

Bob is a real gentlemen. Answered all of our questions while being courteous. The Audi dealership is clean. It is obvious everyone that works there takes great pride in their job.

Michelle does a wonderful job every time. I have been taking my Audis to her for years now and she is always pleasant to deal with. Going to her for my service is as much a reason for me to have an Audi as the cars themselves.

My Review Of North Austin Audi:

My second time going to Roger Beasley Audi and Mike Laughlin has been great both times. I like that I can have a loaner for my oil change services, my husband has to wait when he takes in his Land Rover because we didn't buy it there. Car has been washed both times too. So far so good for me.
