This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor service response I received from this dealership. I was going to change dealerships (which is what I thought the service advisor wanted) but decide service response I received from this dealership. After the review the general manager of the dealership (Brian Weiss) and I talked and he has totally improved my situation and attitude. They are taking care of my service needs while picking up and returning my F-250 to me. More

I bought a 3K extended service plan on my F-250 and was told I would need to leave the truck for a week to see why my mirror won't go up or down. This is an ongoing strategy at this dealership: To see if they can out wait your patience and get you to go somewhere else for warranty work. Do not buy or get your vehicle serviced at this dishonest dealership. On another occasion, they claimed they were out of stock on a part to fix my front suspension (the infamous Ford "deathwobble") until I wrote a letter to the NTSB and FoMoCo. More
I bought my Ford Taurus 4 years ago and always go back there to have maintenance done. Jim Ayo is my service advisor. He is so helpful and does everything possible to meet my needs. My latest trip really made me happy. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle. He sent me home in one of the courtesy cars. My car has less than 10,000 miles on it. Keep up the good work. Very unpleasant experience bought vehicle from dealership Aug 2022 with warranty and still had to get both head lights replaced that went out.. as well as a piece on front of vehicle that blew off. Wait time extremely long on both visits to change driver light $84 3hrs plus wait and passenger light $101 2hr plus wait. Didn't understand reason for change in price. Front staff didn't provide updates during wait times or reasons for price change. Also maintenance left oil hand prints all inside of vehicle; can provide pictures. More
