MY TECH EVEN DROVE WITH YOU TO TRY AND HEAR THESE SQUEEKS AND FOUND NOTHING. MY GM GRACIOUSLY GAVE YOU AN OUT BY ALLOWING YOU TO RETURN THE TRUCK WITHOUT PENALTY. WE EVEN ALLOWED YOU TO STAY IN THE TRUCK TILL SATURDAY BECAUSE IT WAS THE SOONEST YOU COULD GET HERE. YOU RETURNED THE TRUCK 2 DAYS AGO ON A SATURDAY. Vargasvinyls, This is Brandon Greene, sales manager here at North Coast Mitsubishi Akron. The $18,999 was our cost after auction fees & transportation. This price was a clerical error and not caught until the vehicle actually showed up from auction. The 2016 Lexus NX 200t you are referring to was in transit to dealership from the auction when you first contacted us. At it's current price of $21,983, it is not the cheapest online within the 350 mile radius from our location but does have the best value. The 6 others that are priced cheaper than ours have 70k - 127k miles and ours only has 42k on odometer. We price our vehicles to be cheapest online. The market is constantly fluctuating. I can guarantee, that we did nothing wrong but evaluate the market daily before adjusting any pricing. You still haven't seen this vehicle in person and I promise I was not thinking of you when I raised the price to $20,925 on 01/23/24, or to $20,883 on 01/29/24, or to $22,713 on 01/30/24, and finally to $21,983.00. If the market is to drop thousands of dollars, I assure you, so will our price. I will sell it to you for our current cost of $19,554 if you are still interested and like it after actually coming in and checking it out in person.
