Corey is the greatest blessing to this dealership. I have endured many disappointing conversations but not one with Corey. He makes paying your payment such and easy and satisfying process. He is very understanding that yes life does happen and he makes sure that no matter what happens he is that ear that you need to understand that your payment may be late and he does whatever it takes to work with you to get caught up. There are so many used car dealerships to choose from and I for one am glad I chose Northcoast Auto and extremely ecstatic they hired Corey he is truly an asset!!

Cory has always been helpful and considerate when I've called to set up payments for my vehicle. Every time that I call he answers efficiently and politely, asking at first how my day is going. After the payment has gone through Cory always thanks me for the call, and for the business before he hangs up the phone call. I know if I ever get in a jam I can call Cory and work out some sort of agreement to make sure I dont miss my payments.

Mike Azzam did a superb job of not only showing us cars that we might be interested in buying, he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and even anticipated questions we might have, and answered them, too! Very impressive. He truly had our (the customer's) interest at heart. I'd deal with him again in a heartbeat. Then, following all of his help, the finance guy did the same thing. Talk about customer service!

. They buy cars that are wrecked and then take them to the body shop to get them fixed.They also sell cars that have been in flood's i have seen 6 cars that have been in floods that they have sold. IF you want a good running car do not buy one from here!

Ryan Wade was a pleasure to deal with, he is the reason I made a purchase sight un-seen. Anytime I called Ryan, he got right back to me. Ryan made my purchase from 400 miles away very easy. I would highly recommend Ryan & North Coast Auto Mall.

I one online bid for a vehicle and was automatically signed up, without my knowledge, for automatically generated e-mails from the dealership. After numerous requests to be unsubscribed, we began to get harassing e-mails from the sales associate. I called the sales manager to complain, who apologized for his employee's "enthusiasm to go after sales" and said that would be the end of it. We continue to get e-mails despite many verbal requests to be unsubscribed. They may sell decent cars, but being childish and refusing to remove people from your e-mail distribution list because they won't purchase a vehicle from you is ridiculous. For context, I placed ONE bid on eBay Motors and never asked a single question or visited the dealership's website. For placing that bid, I get automatically added to a VERY annoying distro list and numerous unwanted e-mails from North Coast Auto Mall's sales associates. Business practices like this should make you question the support you will receive in the future if you decide to purchase from them.

Gene was very helpful in finding just what i was looking for. The whole experience was very satisfying. I was a little reluntant at first but Genes friendliness and knowledge put me right at ease.Chris was also very helpful with the paperwork and getting me the loan. These two men are very efficient. After taking my truck home, I had a funeral to attend the next day.I took my truck thru a car wash and found out the sunroof leaked. Good thing I had someone with me to help hold up towels. I bought truck as is but they were very apologenic about the situation and replaced the sunroof without any cost to me.This dealership is very trustworthy in my eyes.
