Worst since I have been bringing my car there Have to go back because oil change message came on today. The past three times I have been in my tires are on a yellow watch. Makes me not trust you. Next my remote start is not working and you do not have people there on Saturday that can look at something as simple as that so can’t get in until Next Monday. Not a good time to be with out a remote start. I left two messages for Rachel and she never called me back and Scott Smith was going to get back to me on the tire thing and never did. More
I got HOSED I had my Lincoln MXZ brought to North Country Ford on Jan 21st and it wasn’t ready until Feb 20th. I had a water pump failure and the reason I was tol I had my Lincoln MXZ brought to North Country Ford on Jan 21st and it wasn’t ready until Feb 20th. I had a water pump failure and the reason I was told for the delay was due a part (hose) not being in stock. I understand that my car wouldn’t be looked at right away which is fine for something that is unexpected. I also understand that a small delay (3-5 busisness days) is somewhat understandable for a part not being in stock. This wasn’t a part from a Lamborghini, it’s a Ford/Lincoln part which boggles my mind how it could take weeks. I don’t blame this entirely on Jack the service representative, but I was given multiple dates that it would be ready and all those dates were missed. A loaner car was offered a week into this, but didn’t take it since I didn’t think it would take another 3 weeks to fix. The icing on the cake was when it finally was ready that I had to walk into the lot to get it myself, was not run through the car wash (it was dirtier than when I left it, and then scrape all the frost off the windows. If it was pulled out front while doing the paperwork and washed it probably could have partially saved this review. Just a bad overall experience after it was in their possession for nearly a month. More

After that I observed that my rear impact detection system was not alerting me when i got close, so i came immediately and informed the service desk. The service desk manager came out to work with me, and the service was so great. He worked with me till we found the resalution to the problem. Instead of what i had experienced before. Your service manager is a top tier contributer. More
