My Review of North County BMW:
Took my Z3 to a shop who purchased a new top for my car from NC BMW, the top was defective and it took them 2 weeks and many, many phone calls to deal with the situation. The shop had to take my car to the dealership and leave it there for several days and pay $100 for them to look at the top to see if it was defective - it had a whole. After they had a "moment" to look at it they decided no return or exchange, with no given reason and they kept the $100. What kind of Customer Service is this - would you want to buy a car or get service from a business like this? I hope not. I had had my car serviced here, and even then they told me I needed more service than was actually needed. And they wonder why you end up somewhere else to have your car taken care of.

My Review of North County BMW:
Totally shady dealership...avoid the pre-owned center. I almost bought a used car from them. They claimed the vehicle had been fully inspected by another dealership and $1500 in repairs had just been performed. Since the car was out of warranty and I saw a few electronic error codes on the dash, I took the car for an inspection to a private shop. They found $2,000+ worth of repairs (including that the airbag modules were not functioning at all). North County BMW claimed they would fix everything the next day. The never did, and they never even had the courtesy to call me back! Horrible customer service. Also, they completely lowball trade-ins (even worse than most dealers), so avoid at all costs!
