From a sales perspective, I had a great experience. This is under relatively new management. The previous manager I was not very happy with. Now, it's much better. I would do business here again.

My Review of North County Jeep GMC Kia:
I've take both a Jeep Cherokee and GMC Safari to this dealer for service. They miss diagnosed the Jeep. After spending $900 on this vehicle for repairs, the vehicle still had the same problems. I took it somewhere else and the diagnosed the problem as a clogged cat. coverter. $99 later the vechicle ran perfectly. I took the Safari in because it was acting like it was running on 5 cyls instead of 6. After spending $700 on repairs, the next morning I had the same problem. I sent the vehicle back to them and they told me there were no problems with it. After I met with the service manager and explained the problem to him, he said it sounded like the fuel filter. $19 later the problem was solved. Niether time this dealer would refund my money for the miss diaganosis. <br>Both times they treated me as if I had done something wrong and was lying to them. <br>I wouldn't in my wildest dreams recommend this dealerships service to anyone. <br>On the other hand I did purchase a vechicle from them and they were very professional.
