My Review of North Point Toyota:
I've used this dealership for 14 years and the same salesperson. Extremely helpful, excellent service. I've used other Toyota dealerships across the United States and this one is the very best.
Unlike two other dealerships which are geographically more convenient to me, North Point never has given me a problem. I've been to dealerships who refuse to acknowledge that they caused a problem or tried to get me to have work done which was not essential or in my best interests. This has never happened to me at North Point. As a result I currently have a 1995 Camry with 220,000 miles with few problems, a 2008 Prius and a 2008 small truck.
They have never used vague and underhanded sales practices,especially regarding extended warranties. I had a BAD experience with another dealer regarding high pressure tactics.
In the service department I've never had to wait for a service manager or get the run around, which I have also experienced elsewhere. When there is a problem with any service personnel they are quick to deal with the personnel involved. Employees who are more interested in their own problems rather than mine, don't last long.
In summary, literally go miles out of my way to experience sales and service at North Point because I know they will treat me right.

My Review of North Point Toyota:
John was very helpful, knowledgeable and a very friendly person to deal with, as was Kyle. They both worked with me on making a great deal and put me in my new truck in a very timely manner. John and Kyle bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied with our deal. As I stated, the knowledge John has about the Tundra enabled him to answer in detail all of the questions I had. Kyle also had the knowledge and insight as to how I should proceed with certain financial processes in order to best suit my needs and wants. They are part of a great team and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Thanks for the outstanding service!

My Review of North Point Toyota:
I was referred to North Point Toyota and Bruce Morgan by a mutual friend in the Fall of 2007. Bruce was very attentive and helped me find the perfect SUV for my needs. It only took him about an hour to help me find my vehicle, provide financing and take care of all of the paperwork. It was a great buying experience for me and one I will never forget. I have found the person who will be my guide on any future automobile purchase. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge of the SUVs available and the care he gave me before and after the sale. Care is the key word in the last sentence. It is nice to know and do business with someone who cares about his customers. I will continue to refer my friends and clients to Bruce and North Point Toyota. In my opinion, he is at the top of the Automobile Profession.

I think the price of the car was high, however my payments are in the price range that I wanted to keep them. Danny was an outstanding salesman and made my experience at North Point very pleasant. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone interested in a Toyota.

My Review of North Point Toyota:
I primarily had contact with Jason Cook that contacted me at my home after I had made an internet inquiry about a vehicle. Mr. Cook greatly deceived me over the phone and when I visited the dealership. He had located a vehicle I wanted and in his words put a hold on it so no other dealer could sell it to me. His deceptive practices included telling me that one the vehicle was on a truck and would arrive there any moment that day. Then he told me a few hours later that he couldn’t transfer it from another dealership until I signed the paperwork and put down a deposit. He also told me it was a “state law” that I had to do this before any dealership could transfer a vehicle, when I disagreed with him about the law the let me speak to a sales manager that also confirmed this “law”. Since I work in the same building and see Greg Kirkpatrick and his staff at the Motor vehicle commission on a daily basis I ask them about the law Mr. Cook informed me of and found out that I was being deceived. A member of his staff called Mr. Cook and the dealership the next day and that is when I was contacted by the General Manager. I would be happy to supply the names and phone numbers of the staff I talked with regarding the deceptive practices of Mr. Cook. I did buy the vehicle even though I didn’t get everything I was promised by Mr. Cook, but I believe from my experience with him and number of other buyers that are now aware of North Point Toyota’s deceptive practices it has hurt future sale. Does this answer why?

My experience at North Point was great. The staff were all very friendly and Jerry was a pleasure to work with. I never felt obligated to purchase my vehicle. They made me feel relaxed and enjoyed every minute of my stay. I tell all my family and friends that this is the place to visit when considering the purchase of a new/used vehicle.

I tried to do most of the haggling over email ( since I knew exactly what car I wanted) but never got anywhere- all I was told was "You must come in" and they would not get me figures etc. or interest rate ballpark figures. When my husband called, (they did not know we were related at first) they gave him a deal and figures were discussed. I really believe it was because I was a woman and it really was a hassle trying to talk to these men through email. Once I got there, they were nice but most of what I went through could have been done online- not waiting until I got there. I feel I was treated very differently than a man trying to buy the same car.

Everyone at Northpoint were helpful when the service at Crain Ford in Jacksonville was terrible. I appreciate everyone who helped me get this vehicle for my husband. We both love it and will come back to trade up someday.
