My Review of Northeast Auto Outlet:
tried to give me $5k less for my car then its book value then told me that my car was a lower trim level and when i showed them the paper work on the car they said there is nothing more they could offer and then said to me why are you still standing here, then followed it with i dont understand why you keep coming back, this would of been my 3rd brand new car from them in the last 3 years, poor customer serivce, sales manager was a lier, and sales staff has no clue about the products they are selling.

My Review of Northeast Auto Outlet:
First thing first, I write good and bad reviews when needed, for outstanding service, and despicable! Without going into sorted details and naming names or going on a tyrant, I will lay it out simple and clear. It goes beyond my personal issues and experience, it is a generalized way this place is run.
North East Auto Outlet, is everything you read in all the reviews!!!!!
Hands Down Terrible!!
I am ashamed of myself for getting a car from them.
They sell you a car and forget about you.
They blame you for their mistakes.
They make promises and don’t keep them.
They make up lies.
They fight with you.
They hang the phone up on you.
They blame you
Most of all they make you feel like the victim you are, after getting a car from them.

This was my first, and last purchase from them. Out of the 8 new vehicles I have purchased over the years, this without a question by a landslide, was the worst dealership I have EVER…….EVER dealt with.

It took corporate level Customer Service to get my issue resolved. When all N.E. Auto Outlet had to do is fix one small mistake on their end, that could have been done in less than a week…..not a month.

If anyone reads this and is having trouble with this dealership, go beyond them, go directly to the manufacturer of the vehicle you get there. Nothing will happen till you go beyond them….they do not care about their customers at all.

My Review of Northeast Auto Outlet:
I took my 99 Sonata in to be repaired. It had a check engine light and an air bag light on. I also needed some other things "checked out" as I had just bought a used car from a side car lot. All in all, they did a great job. They let you drop off or pick up until 9 pm, which is convenient. My car runs great, the prices were reasonable ($800 for crank sensor and timing belt assembly replacement and $85 for reset of airbag light) for a dealer. They just took a LONG time. They didn't give me an estimate for almost 4 days, then 6-7 MORE days to repair. I know timing belt is a big job, but they had my car for almost two weeks (there were 2 days of dead time while THEY got back to ME with a break-down of price for each repair, since we didn't want to get everything done at that time). I just thought that was a little ridiculous for those prices. But, all in all, I'm pleased with the job they did. Maybe it was supposed to take that long....

My Review of Northeast Auto Outlet:
We went to the Northeast auto outlet in desperate need of a car. PEOPLE... let me tell you something VERY important about them... they do their own financing.... but they won't tell you that... they tell you that the bank determines the price of the car, the bank determines how much you have to put down and once you sign.. they can't do anything for you because of the BANK.... this is all a LIE.. They do thier own loans and them SELL the loan to a bank... kinda the same way mortgage companies do... smaller banks will sell your mortgage to bigger companies.... SAME DEAL... but i can't stop there... the lie about many other things too.. We were told that they were going to give us a 12mt/12,000mile warrenty instead of their 30day warrenty... NEVER TOLD US WE WERE GOING TO PAY $1000 FOR IT. The salesmen Jose, also rushed us through the paperwork... then never gave us COPIES... he said he had to fax them all to the bank and we would get copies in the mail... When we flipped out and went to get copies the next day, we also pulled the book value of the car... they sold us a $6000 car for $10,000. When we were trying to way our options, we asked about milage on the car. he told us it was in the low 70k and on a 2001 that still alot.... AFTER the papers were signed he pulls out the odomiter disclosure which listed over 95k miles!!!! then as soon as we drove off the lot... it started making a funny noise and the oil light came on and won't go off!!! <br>PLEASE.... DON'T EVER GO THERE... I WON'T EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!
