My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
We found our sales person, Ty to be very friendly and low pressure, we felt comfortable working with him. The finance manager, Andy was no pressure and very knowledgeable about the truck we wanted/needed and the purchase. We came in on more than one occasion and they took care us more than we expected! We are very pleased and would visit them again!

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
I offered to pay MSRP for a new car, and the sales manager accepted my offer. When I asked if I could get an "out the door" price that included taxes, they printed a deal work sheet showing the cost of the car, taxes, and any other costs. I was then asked to write a check for the down payment. Next, they claimed they were having "issues" with the paperwork, so Bob Peterson told me with the down payment I was offering, my payments would be X dollars per month. Once I received all of the paperwork from the bank, we discovered that Northglenn Dodge added $4,000 to the price of the car. It is pretty easy to hide $4,000 when it is spread out over 60 months. When I called to confront the dealership, I spoke with Linda, the office manager. Even after faxing her a copy of the printed "deal worksheet" I was given, which matched MSRP, she admitted that it is a common industry practice to increase cost to the car during the financing process, and it was my fault for not catching it or getting Northglenn Dodge representative to sign the deal worksheet I was handed.

After owning more than 8 Chrysler products in in the last 25 years, I have never been treated this way by a dealer. Now I know why the were rated the sleaziest car dealership by Tom Martino's Troubleshooter network. I wish I had know this before they had the opportunity to steal money from my family. If they think their deceit and dishonesty doesn't hurt anyone, they are wrong!

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
Everyone I worked with knew a lot about the product I was interested in. Everyone was very helpful, and the pressure was low.
The salesman described every aspect of the truck and all of the new item in the 2009. The finance department had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign, and didn't waste my time like most dealers do.
The truck was detailed and presented to me and again was asked if I had any questions, and every detail was explaimed very completly.

I got a great deal, and would buy from them again. I will be back.

Thanks!!!!

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
Hello My name is Josh Hanson and I am writing in regards to my recent purchase(s) with your staff at N.G. dodge. I recently purchased a beautiful 2009 Dodge challenger in stone white, this was my 5th purchase from ng dodge in the past 15 years, My salesman was awesome and the floor manager was a no pressure no b.s. salesman. I was actually there to purchase an 09 dodge ram that my wife wanted and I wanted a sports car, your manager let my take the truck to greeley to go test drive an 04 dodge viper I wanted, and the truck my wife wanted, well the viper didn't work out i was to tall for it, so when we arrived back at the dealer around 6pm our salesman was still there even though he was supposed to be off work at 5pm, I believe our salesman name was Art. So when we got back i asked to test drive the Challenger art and the floor manager were more than willing to let us at it, so we loved the car and purchased it, when we were done with all the paper work Matt offered us some custom items we could put on the car, so we decided to go with the r/t hood stripes, well when my wife saw the rt stripes weren't up to the mopar standards my wife contacted matt and Adam who said that they would get in o.e. type stripes for an additional $50 with labor for free, so a few weeks later we had the new stripes installed and my wife loves them they didn't charge us because the stripes were donated and for that I will by all my mopar products from your company, Matt and Adam had customer service at priority 1 and they have my many thanks for all they have done, I have a list of cars i have purchased from your group
95 dodge ram ext cab 1st one you ever had on lot.
98 dodge dakota
99 Dodge cummins
07 Dodge cummins (sold to me by Ryan) gr8 kid
09 Dodge challenger R/T

So with this last purchase and my best experience with n.g. dodge ever I will be a loyal customer and tell my friends and customers to contact your valuable staff.

Thank you....04/14/2009

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
Salesman Bob Peterson lies to get a deal closed! He told us that an inspection was completed and passed on the used truck we bought. However, when we took the truck in 2 weeks later for a routine check up, we were told that the transmission would need to be replaced. When we went back to the dealership to ask for the initial inspection and to request the replacement cost, we were told that there was never an inspection done. Bob specifically told us that he had "$1,500 into the truck with the inspection" during the sales process.
However, since it is our word against his, there is nothing the dealership will do. Unless we can prove that Bob told us that, and then he would be personally liable for the inspection. The dealership turns a blind eye to unethical, misleading sales information. Do Not buy from this dealer!

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
The sales agent tried selling me a 2007 Malibu LS Sedan. The lowest model on the line. He tried telling me the value of this car is $24,000. They were selling it at $12,999. Knowing the real value of the car is not 24,000 I had a number in my head around 11,500. The guy came back to the table of an offer around 325 a month. Ok well at that rate I can go out and buy a brand new car. He said what will it take to get you to buy this today. I said go lower on the asking price and we will see. I told him to come back with a lower offering and we will see. He said how much lower and i will ask. He even said I dont care if you tell me $5000. We will see. Well just to make things interesting to see where things will go, I said 8,000. He came back and said he was offended! This after sayin I will ask them at $5,000. He was trying to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about. But how can he tell me that a low end model malibu is worth 24,000! I can go get a new malibu for 24,000! FULLY LOADED! All I can say is for this guy to come back and say he was upset at me and offended is, Go suck your thumb! You cant get your facts straight about a car, then Dont sell!

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
I recently searched the internet to purchase a new vehicle. I am particular to the Dodge Brand so I "Googled" Dodge Dealerships in Colorado and happened upon Northglenn Dodge. I began the search for a new vehicle and picked out a few different models. I had questions on all 3 models I found, and wanted to talk to somebody before I made the trip down to the dealership, as not to waste anytime. I had noticed that there was contact information provided all over the website, and decided to give Johnny Kropp (The contact)a call.

Johnny was very very helpfull. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was polite, well spoken, had a very good grasp of the inventory, and was able to field all of the specific questions I had on 3 different vehicles. He gave me pros and cons on each of the vehicles and was honest and upfront with me on financing since my credit is not the greatest. I found his serivice to be helpfull, informative, and educational as I walked away from our conversation knowing ALOT more about what I needed as opposed to what I wanted.

Needless to say...I ended up scheduling an appointment through Johnny, and eventually bought a car from Northglenn Dodge. The service and sales process went very smoothe as he had briefed a sales associate on what we had talked about, and what I was looking for. I would refer Northglenn Dodges Internet Department to anybody who has a serious question about a vehicle, and wants some answers before they make a trip down to the dealership.

Thank You Johnny & Northglenn Dodge.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
We recently purchased a car from Northglenn Dodge and worked with Roman Castro. This is not the first vehicle that we have purchased, but this is the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. Roman was very patient, knowlegable, kind and very experienced. My wife and I asked a hundred questions and changed our mind on the vehicle a few times. Roman was patient through the entire process - we never felt preasured.
We would recommend Roman and Northglenn Dodge for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
I have purchased several vehicles from Northglenn Dodge. The last two, a 2004 Dodge Durango and a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 were leased through Chrysler. The experience dealing with TJ has been excellent. He is always able to work around my schedule and handled every question about the vehicles. When we leased the Durango he even went out of his way to find me a black SLT with the 4.7 from another dealership. The finance department took great care of me and even reccomended the Chrysler care package for the vehicles. This has helped me and my wife with the regular oil changes. Everytime we come in for any service Eric Debolt or someone on his team is ready to assist us and we never have an extended wait time. I would reccomend the Northglenn Dodge sales and sefvice team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
