My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
We recently purchased a car from Northglenn Dodge and worked with Roman Castro. This is not the first vehicle that we have purchased, but this is the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. Roman was very patient, knowlegable, kind and very experienced. My wife and I asked a hundred questions and changed our mind on the vehicle a few times. Roman was patient through the entire process - we never felt preasured.
We would recommend Roman and Northglenn Dodge for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
I have purchased several vehicles from Northglenn Dodge. The last two, a 2004 Dodge Durango and a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 were leased through Chrysler. The experience dealing with TJ has been excellent. He is always able to work around my schedule and handled every question about the vehicles. When we leased the Durango he even went out of his way to find me a black SLT with the 4.7 from another dealership. The finance department took great care of me and even reccomended the Chrysler care package for the vehicles. This has helped me and my wife with the regular oil changes. Everytime we come in for any service Eric Debolt or someone on his team is ready to assist us and we never have an extended wait time. I would reccomend the Northglenn Dodge sales and sefvice team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
I purchased a 2005 dodge ram this year and i was very pleased with the service i got and the vehicle. The salesmen was very helpful and sold me the vehicle with no pressure. I ended up with a great truck and a place where i am going to send my friends and family to for their car needs. I had a great experience from northglenn Dodge.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
I brought in an add for a 1999 ford Truck to Northglenn. After driving it I decided to buy it. After we started signing paperwork I noticed the price was almost 2000 dollars above the price in the add. I questioned Roman about this. He told me that in order to get financing the bank required that extra fees needed to be added. I questioned him about this a few days later feeling I had been ripped off and got the same response. The bank told me they would never do such a thing and if anything a dealer would reduce the loan amount to get a deal. I sent numerous requests to have Northglenn rectify the situation to no avail. It is unfortunate because I'm sure the bad ratings they get will impact their business. Roman seems like a nice guy but he is a wolf in sheeps clothing. I thought it was odd that he had pictures of his kids facing the customer instead of himself. It is obvious this dealership is very dishonest. You would be foolish to buy from them.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
Did not honor anything they said they would. Cost us a mark on our credit for sending the payoff to the wrong bank on our trade in vehicle and refusing to send a letter or make a call to fix it. Have not received any of the signed paperwork on the second car we purchased from them among a laundry list of other complaints.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
Roman was very friendly and work with us throughout the process in a professioanl manner. We orignally went in to buy a new Dodge Charger; however my wife saw a used Chrysler Crossfire that hit her fancy, and while the sale ended up costing much less than the original deal, Roman didn't try to pressure us. An overall great experience.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
After experiencing a nightmare purchasing a car from them, I unfortunately learned later they pulled every tactic in the book on us. For example, as it got later in the evening, we said we would come back the next day, but suddenly they couldn't find our driver's licenses... After wheeling and dealing on numbers, they couldn't find the paper with the numbers we agreed to... they changed what they would give us on trade-in...they overcharged us on tires...we said we didn't want any of the add-ins, but looking at the paper work the next morning we were charged $300 for vin etching which we stated we didnt want--when we called back to say this shouldn't be there they said too bad--that's what happens when you sign papers late at night--after threatening to park across the street with a sign about their tactics, they rewrote the paperwork... This place was awful--this was in 2000 so maybe they have changed, but I am so lwary of buying a car anywhere now---they were dishonest, manipulative, and fraudulent.

My Review of Northglenn Dodge:
I suppose that, going into a dealership for a simple testdrive and leaving with a new car isn't the best idea, although I did know ahead of time what I wanted. Not being fully prepaired, however, cost me, I believe. Finance manager had all forms pre-printed with extended warranty and all the trimmings. Saw me coming a mile away, I bet. After reading a bit and preparing myself, after the fact as it were, I could probably have gotten quite a bit better deal (there or elsewhere). After that I just didn't want to go there anymore, and would not recommend them to friends, unless they really know what they're doing. There's car salesmen and then there's car salesmen... These guys are the high pressure type.

They fully made good on the due-bill, and I never had any issues with their service, but since I now work very close to a dealer in another city I go there instead. Big clean service entrance and waiting area is nice.
