My Review of Northside Ford:
This was the fastest car purchase we have ever made. Everyone was very friendly and the car is just what we wanted. Vivian was very efficient in her handling of the sale. We would purchase again from this dealership. I have never been given a tour of the facilities to familiarize us with a service department which Vivian did and it was a nice touch for when we bring the car back in for service.

My Review of Northside Ford:
I went into Northside Ford to purchase a Ford Edge. I had done a lot of research and had a specific color and options in mind. Vivian did an awesome job of insuring all my requirements were met. When it came time to complete the financing paperwork, Marc was great. He worked very hard to make sure I got the best deal. I have purchased several cars from different dealers and have felt at times because I am a female I am not always taken seriously. This was not the case at Northside and I am so appreciative of that. I would definately recommend Northside Ford to a friend or family member. A big 'Thank You' to everyone.

I have had my share in different dealers and I believe Northside Ford has been the best I don't of any other place that the fastest in getting me in and out in a new car with Vivian been the nicest women and by far the best deal maker and price handler ever! I really appreicate everything that she did for me in this deal. And most importantly my father was very satisfied! Thanks a Million Vivian and Northside Ford for getting me what I want! My Review of Northside Ford:
My overall experience with this dealership was fair. The only reason it was not great was the lack of communication; I understand that there is a game in the car buying business. While I did not purchase a vehicle with them, I would still recommend working with them. My frustration stems from the Management not listening to the needs of the customer. I told my salesman from the beginning what my needs were, and what I was able to, and willing to do. I hid nothing in the process of buying a car, and yet my needs were not heard by the "Boss". In barttering there is some back and forth, some negotiating, but when you are told from the start that there are certain things that are downright unrealistic, why is it that the big bad "boss" doesn't listen to those concerns. Again, I strongly urge people to deal with Northside Ford, but also want to inform the buyer; be very clear that you will only accept a deal on your terms. Do what I did, if they are unwilling/unable to meet your needs, leave!

I was happy that Kenny met us directly once we arrived and was thrilled that he took the time to find us a vehicle, even though it had just arrived and was not quite ready. He did an excellent job of getting me the payments I wanted and stayed very late making sure all the paperwork was done and that the vehicle would be delivered correctly.

My Review of Northside Ford:
After visiting 2 dealers one of them was just giving us 2 choices, the other dealer didn't even acknowledge us. When we went to Northside Ford, they treated us like royalty, hey even offered to bring a car from another city. Finally Northside Ford gave us a great deal on the car that we wanted and at the price we could afford. We are fully satisfied with the service and we left with a big smile on our faces because we have the car that we wanted. The Sales Representative was extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all helpfull. I strongly recommend this dealership for any persons next vehicle purchase, we certainly will.

My Review of Northside Ford:
As a non-profit organization, we have to be careful about the use of our funds and when we needed a new maintenance truck, we checked everywhere--we got the best service and the best deal at Northside Ford. Mr. Martinez was extremely helpful, did not "beat around the bush" or waste our time. The buying experience was quick, to the point and extremely positive. We would be happy to do business with Northside Ford again.

My Review of Northside Ford:
Dennis and Chris made this an extremely enjoyable purchase. At no time was I hassled or rushed. I feel that a more than fair deal was made on both my trade and the purchase of the new vehicle. Dennis is a great sales manager who will continue to be the reason why I come back to Northside Ford in the future. As for the finance department, I have never seen a more competent and informative transaction.

My Review of Northside Ford:
I went in Friday, 09/25/09 at 1430 hrs and left with an '09' Ford F150 at 1600 hrs. This was the easiest and most professional vehicle transaction I had ever experienced. Having relocated to San Antonio the Monday before I had not been sure what to expect. When my wife moves down here she will be making her next vehicle purchase through Wayne.
