I leased a beautiful 2013 BMW 3 series from this dealer. There were a couple rough spots they ordered the wrong car initially. I requested XDrive and the car came in without it. This extended my wait time but it was worth it in the end. The car is fully equipped and amazing with a great deal. Melvin was a great advisor and helped us through all of the intricacies of the BMW options and leasing. Definitely go and ask for Melvin! He was professional and helpful.

I had an old car trade-in for new 2013 525xi. Excellent to work with Tyrone Greene, entrire deal was done with a couple phone conversations and one visit to the dealership. Very friendly environment, efficient process. I would highly recommend him and this dealer for old and new BMW car buying.

My wife and I have been a BMW owners for over 8 years and this was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. Melvin Bey was a true professional in every sense of the word. We spoke on the phone at least 4-5 times prior to stopping in the dealership. At no time did I feel like Melvin was trying to sell me anything...but rather he educated me on the pros and cons of financing vs. leasing. As a consultant, Melvin focused our conversations around financial planning and what would make the most sense for us in the short and long term future based on our driving habits, and budget.

When we got to the dealership, the only thing we had to do was test drive the car of our choice and sign paperwork. Melvin helped us get our financing in place ahead of time so the process was seamless from start to finish. I would recommend Melvin and Northwest BMW without reservation.

Every time I take my car in for service, the service is incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. They are always courteous and explain whats being done, the cost and when I can expect to get my car back. Since I live about 20 miles away, I always have to get a loaner and they have always been able to provide one. The traffic getting to and from the dealership is no fun but worth the drive for this type of service.

Melvin and the staff at Northwest were amazing. They all made the buying experience something special. The attention we received truly showed that they were willing to go above and beyond. I have purchased vehicles at numerous dealerships and NW was truly the best. Highly recommend speaking with Melvin if you are in the market for a bimmer. I heard good things about Northwest BMW from a friend. On my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. We had a long friendly chat and it turns out that George has been at the dealership for many years and is very knowlegeable about cars in general and BMWs in particular. George introduced me to Melvin Bey, also a very experienced and knowegeable salesman. The test drive and conversation went well but I decided to wait a few months for new models. When finally ready to buy a 2013 X3 335i, melvin assisted me with an order for a custom car. I offered a fair price and it was accepted. The whole process took about 90 minutes and went perfectly. I've now been driving the car for a several months. It is my first new car out of dozens that did not have some kinks to work out. It has been 100% flawless and is an absolute joy to drive. My dealings with the parts and service departments have so far been flawless as well. I can therefor give Northwest BMW a perfect 5 star rating.

Melvin was an excellent Sales Rep. He knew the all of the cares stats and provided excellent direction on what cars to purchase. Melvin also did not pressure us into any purchase and was supportive of the time we needed to make our decision. Also when we had to return for a service he was attentive to our needs and helped the time pass quickly while we waited.

In 2009 I purchased a new vehicle from Northwest and had a phenomenal experience. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and sincerely cared about helping me find the exact vehicle I was looking for at the right price. When I recently contacted the dealership via email to determine if they would be able to find a new X1 with the options we were looking for, I received a response from an aggressive salesperson who wasn't very friendly. He seemed abrasive and confrontational when I shared what I was looking for. This was a totally different experience than what I'm accustomed to with this dealership.
