It was terrible. I was only going for oil change and tire rotation instead of being 40 minutes like she said it was three hours only for her to tell me they didn’t ro I was only going for oil change and tire rotation instead of being 40 minutes like she said it was three hours only for her to tell me they didn’t rotate my tires because they said my tires were warm. I only had the car less than a year which I bought from there, my tires are not worn at first she told me that they had rotated the tires and then she told me they didn’t. They were so busy trying to sell me other services and a $7000 maintenance routine maintenance for my car that they forgot to do what they were supposed to do so I paid $84 for oil change that I waited three hours for it was ridiculous. This is the second time that they said they rotated my tires when they didn’t the first time I caught them and they gave me free oil changes. I will never go back to Northwestern Dodge again they are untrustworthy. They are liars and they are crooks and they are scam artist and I will tell everybody that . More
