I was very pleased with the friendly service i received. I was driving in the parking lot of Northwest Hills looking for a used Grand Cherokee Jeep when i approached a sales man by the name of Dave. He said for me and my boyfriend to come to his office and see what he has for sale. He showed me the cars he had. I was interested in two of the cars he brought out front the both cars first was a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee than a 2005 chevy trailblazer. my boyfriend and i tested both cars. I decided to go with the Chevy Trail Blazer. I am very Pleased with Dave and the car I would recommend my family and friends to this dealership 100%.

Our visit to NW Hills was the first time we visited the dealership. We were looking to update our Escalade, and found they had what we were looking for on-line.
We were quickly greeted by Dave. I have MS, and my walking is very limited, Dave came out of the building and to my vehicle to discuss our needs. The day was bitter cold and windy, but this did not bother him.
After negotiating the price and discussing leasing versus buying, we came to a deal. The entire process was easy, quick and pain free!!
I would recommend Dave, Rob and the Northwest Team to deal with.
It was truly a pleasant experience buying a new vehicle. We look forward to dealing with them in the future.

It was an GREAT experience from the phone call about a specific vehicle availability seen on the internet, to delivery of the truck.

When I arrived, the truck I inquired about was parked in front for immediate view. After a welcome by David, and a general overview of the truck, a test drive was taken.

After expressing interest in the truck, David discussed the warranty program and loan availability. A vehicle appraisal was done and an offer was made, explained in detail.I accepted. As extras, arrangements were made to coat the vehicle and installing a bed liner.

When my wife and I picked the truck, everthing was ready, and the paper work was processed clearly. Other available options were explained in detail.

Before leaving with the truck, David clearly explained all features of the truck to my wife and I.

We left very confident in the vehicle, and very pleased in the whole purcahse process.

I was a customer of Wilson Dodge in Torrington for 30 years. My last 5 vehicles came from Wilsons. Was not happy when they took Dodge away from them. I was driving a 2006 Dodge C/V now with over 200,000 miles and was looking for a new vehicle. I normally put 200,000 miles on a vehicle every five years. I drove in your dealership and met Paul. That was the first good thing. Told him what I wanted. Well I got exactly what I wanted with out any pressure, with out and get this get that or something different. He went over everything in the vehicle and took care of my every request.. Second thing is my new 2012 C/V is fantastic! I could not ask for more. Third,two things, looking good service through the future, which I have gotten twice going into the dealership, with a nice return phone call to make sure I was happy, and last but very important, I hope that Paul is still there when I go to get my next C/V in the future.
