My Review of Northwest Jeep:
Sold us a car that had been repaired, probably in an accident, and lied about it. We found out because the VIN plate was missing from both inside the door and the hood. They had both been replaced (the hood and the door) which is why the plates were missing is what we were told. Also, the paint started to bubble on both those areas a few months down the road which further indicated they had been either replaced and/or repaired. They refused to repair the bad paint job and bring its quality to match the rest of the vehicle.
Worse yet, there had been repairs on the body where the seams were working loose, at the drivers door, from a second rate repair. We had expressed over and over that we needed a reliable and safe car as we were buying it from our daughter.
However, the problem was not the sales/floor people, it was the "main" manager who claimed to be directly under the owner (flunkee). Who's job probably depends on only satisfying the customer if there is not monetary cost involved!
Silver lining...I learned never to buy a used vehicle without having a second party verify its condition. Even if buying from a dealer who seems to have credibility in the community.
We will never buy another car from them again & will tell anyone we know looking for a new/used car to avoid them at all costs!
Signed,
Very diappointed & feeling ripped off!
