My Review of Northwest MINI:
I had a great experience going to NW MINI! From Tim Fletcher's first contact with me on the phone, to test drivng, and finally signing on my Mini, this has been the best dealer experience I've ever had. Tim was great to work with! He took time on the phone to talk with me about what I was looking for in a new car and talking to me about the MINI. He set up an appointment for a test drive. I felt that he really listened to what I was saying about what I was looking for in a car and took time to awnswer all of my questions. I never felt that I was being upsold to car with options I wasn't interested in. I didn't feel any of the pressure you usually get from dealers (i.e. "What can we do today to make this sale?"). Everyone there was genuinely friendly and looked like the really enjoy working there and have fun doing their jobs. I would highly recommend NW MINI to anyone who is interested in a MINI.

Jason was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and understood our needs. He kept us informed on the status of our mini during the manufacturing and shipping process. He was on top of issues that arouse with some of the options we requested and had solutions or alternatives ready for us when we talked with him. He took the time to show us how every function worked in our new mini. It was very informative as there were extras that we didn't even know we got. Jason made buying our mini a very pleasurable experience. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a mini.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Will and Brad helped my husband and I with the purchase of our new Mini Countryman. They were both very helpful. Will really knows his product and was able to show it to us in the best possible light. The car essentially sells itself but Will's expertise only added to purchase experience in a positive way.
Brad helped us with our financing of the vehicle. We thought we were going to use our credit union but once Brad came back to us explaining the rate he could get us we were impressed. He was friendly, thorough and very professional in his explanation of the financing process. He was sensitive to our need to not waste a lot of time in the process also as we were on our way to an important softball game for our daughter.
The car is awesome, the service was awesome. We are very happy and recommend NW Mini to everyone.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Rocky and the woman who is the finance person were absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional yet very personable. I was especially impressed that Rocky made sure a couple little cosmetic items on the car were taken care of immediately and I enjoyed that there was no pressure through out the sales experience. They are dog friendly! I was made to feel absolutely comfortable about bringing my little dog in the show room as I filled out paperwork. Any questions I had were answered respectfully and in a friendly tone, which was very much appreciated!

My Review of Northwest MINI:
The Team at Northwest Mini is everything you wouldn't expect from a car dealership, they made finding and buying the right vehicle a ton of fun! You won't find a high pressure environment or have any anxiety, they make you feel at ease from the moment you walk on the lot. It is clear the "family" at NW Mini understand the vehicles and enjoy them - they made it easy to find the vehicle that was perfect for us, fitting our needs and our personalities. I was impressed at how easy it was to come to an agreement on my trade in and the purchase price. It's difficult to describe how becoming part of the Mini community has change our view of owning a vehicle - fun is an understatement!
