My Review of Norwood Park Dodge:
Had agreed to pay FULL asking price for a van on autotrader. We had agreed on everything, price, financing, and day. The day before I was suppose to fly up I couldnt get the salesman on the phone. He was to busy all day to answer an email or phone call. He couldnt even tell another worker to tell me it was ok to fly up which was all I called for. I am out the price of the flight, but am glad they showed how worthless they are before I flew there.

I have been to this service department a few times and each time I've been treated right. The work is done right the first time, for the correct price, and everything is explained in detail. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and knowledgable.

Stay away from this dealer. They accept offers then won't honor them when it comes time to sign on the dotted line. The also are buying auction vehicles that have been damaged/repaired and not disclosing the facts.
