My wife and I bought a Lexus RX 350 from Novak Motors today, and I can tell you it was one of the absolute best car-buying experiences I've ever had.

The staff was beyond friendly, and actually gave my wife and I the Lexus for a test drive and told us to stay gone as long as we wished. We told Ron, the salesman, that we needed to go run some errands, and didn't want to keep the car out for the 2-3 hours that the errands would require. He said, "No problem... take the car... we close and 5:00... bring it back when you have had a chance to really get a feel for it."

Novak's prices were significantly better than other dealers in the area, so we didn't have to play that "car buying game" with Ron. Not only that, when we were talking about the possible financing options, Ron got on his computer and got me an interest rate more than half-a-point better than MY OWN CREDIT UNION! That saved me hundreds in interest and cut my payment to exactly what I wanted to pay.

I cannot recommend the friendly folks at Novak high enough... owner Jim Calvert and his staff have something special going on there on Airport Freeway in Hurst. You'd be making a HUGE mistake to not give them a chance to earn your business. I can assure you they've earned MINE!

Nice people. The cars were clearly marked, with good pricing. The cars were in great shape, many with new tires and alot of them had very low miles too. Mileage on my Malibu was 17k on an '09.
