"What an amazing experience! On April 24, 2013, I became the proud owner of a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I absolutely love it! I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Dennis Dionisi who was more than wonderful. He communicated with me on a daily basis as far as where we were in the process and was always available to answer all of my many questions. Not only is purchasing a brand new car very exciting, it can also be a bit stressful. With Mr. Dionisi's help and expertise, there was never a sressful moment during the entire process. When asked what I was looking for in a car, I know Mr. Dionisi paid close attention to my response because he directed me to exactly what I was looking for, and it was in my price range! He took the time to go over all of the many features that my Chevy Cruze is equipped with. And he even followed up with me the next day to see if there was anything I needed. Mr. Dionisi worked very hard on my behalf and it showed. The entire process was a wonderful experience.
Every staff member at Nucar Chevrolet always greeted me with a smile. Not one person passed me without saying hello, introducing themselves, asking if there was anything I needed and thanked me for visiting them at Nucar. Overall, it really was a wonderful experience and I would and will recommend Nucar Chevrolet to anybody that is not only searching for a quality car but also a wonderful buying experience.

just bought a 2013 chevy malabu from tom reale @newcar & my wife & i love it. the place was great, everybody was super friendly & helpful. i expected to be there all day & that was not the case @ all. we were in & out with a new car in about 1hour,hats off to new car for the great service. we will be back.this is the 2nd car we bought @ newcar & the first one we had for 11 years.gonna miss her!

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and with some research, settled on looking at the new Chevrolet Equinox. A family member recommended that we speak with Mr. Dennis Dionisi at Nucar Chevrolet in New Castle, DE to help us with our purchase. We met with Dennis on March 30th and drove away a few hours later with a new Equinox LTZ.

We found Dennis to be very helpful and knowledgeable about his product line, as well as helping us with financing and all the other details involved with a new purchase. Dennis is courteous, friendly, and has a pleasant easy-going style that we really appreciated. He is an excellent salesperson, and does everything possible to achieve customer satisfaction. When the time is right a few years down the road, we will call on Dennis again for our next purchase.

We had no intention of buying a chevrolet the day I stopped into your dealership and met Felicia. She was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and actually helped me decide on my Chevy cruze (which gets great gas mileage). Tom Reale at Nucar was the only salesman that I talked to [from all different dealerships] who had answers to my questions about what type of truck I needed to pull my trailer. He was very helpful and informative. He found 2 trucks that fit what I was looking for and helped us pick the best one for us.
It was delivered quickly and he was very helpful. The best experience in buying a vehicle ever.

I've bought from Nucar in the past but it's been awhile. I was in the market for a truck with more power to tow a travel trailer. I went online and checked Diver and Porter, I didn't see anything I could afford. I went to the Nucar website and found a vehicle I was interested in. I wasn't planning to buy that day but I did. Mario Yarbrough approached my wife and I and asked if there is anything he can do for me. I told him about the Silverado 2500 HD I found on the internet. Unfortunately, it was already sold a few days earlier which didn't surprize me. Mario pointed out another one in the lot and it was more of what I was looking for compared to the other truck. After much patience and help from Mario, the wife and I decided to buy the truck. He worked out a great deal for us and I felt great about it. No pressure at all and professional. That's what I like. After all was said and done, we drove away almost four hours later with the new truck. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the way we were treated.

The knowledge of the salesman and their willingness to work with us in the decision making process of purchasing a new vehicle made the experience pleasant. I never felt like I was being pressured into a purchase by anyone at the dealership.

Typically a car buying experience is extremely daunting and long. However, Tom Reale at Nucar made the experience quick and pleasurable. He was very detail oriented and took the time to explain my new vehicle to me. Ed made the financing portion quick and easy and also took the time to explain the fees and payments. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I work with at Delaware Park and all of my family and friends.
