I came in for service of my wife's SUV because your service department is top of the line. I didn't feel they pushed me to try and do unnecessary work. They were actually fixing what the last dealership messed up. While there we saw a 2011 GMC Acadia. We had been kicking around the idea of getting a larger vehicle and Dave Crawford worked all day to get the pricing we needed for us to drive away in it. My transaction occurred over the Internet. Steve Wadlin emailed and texted with a response time that was extraordinary. We did the deal in one day. My comfort level came because of his attentiveness; his willingness to respond to any and all inquiries from me. His outstanding customer service came right through the ethernet to me! Stopped in to see Buick Verano and was greeted by Bruce Casinelli. Bruce was very friendly and very knowledgeable and answered any question that I had regarding the car. I decided on the Buick Regal instead as the Verano was a little too small for me. The customer service at O'Reilly was above and beyond and there was no pressure. The staff all were very helpful and very courteous. Bruce by far was a great salesman and went through every phase of the care with me upon delivery. My visit to O'Reilly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. After much research, I found the car I wanted at OReilly, and they offered me a price I knew to be extremely fair right off the bat, no back and forth games that most dealerships play. The salesmen were very friendly and helpful. If they didnt have the answers to my questions about the car, they found out before I left. I found the Explorer I purchased on-line and emailed the dealer. Steve Wadlin answered me back right away and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I set up an appt to see the truck and Steve was great!
