We chose this repair facility as they did a thorough evaluation. We picked up our Jeep and the top was completely bent. They wouldn't consider repairing anything the insurance appraiser didn't put on evaluation. We picked up our Jeep and the top was completely bent. They wouldn't consider repairing anything the insurance appraiser didn't put on his report. Initial repair was more than 2x what they actually did. Wheel still damaged, top unusable, and water inside jeep. HORRIBLE workmanship and it took 2 months. More

There were also a few other people who helped me including a manager. They made sure to put my vehicle somewhere safe instead of in the lot since the windows busted, and personally walk to me from the service garage to the sales department.

Pat has been so helpful when I was looking for help getting a new vehicle, and again when I was having trouble with my Jeep and needed to get it serviced. He made sure I was taken care of right away and followed up to make sure I was happy with my service. He is very much about taking care of his clients personally, treats you like you are family. O'Daniel Service worked on my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan performing a combination of warranty work and work that I requested. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I contacted Greg about getting some paint touch ups on the Hylander I bought. He was great working with my crazy schedule! When I walked in I was greeted by at least 2 people as Greg was already walking the Hylander I bought. He was great working with my crazy schedule!
