Working with Elizabeth was like working with friends.The ezperience was not as a costumer and a sales person, it was as two friends find what whe other wanted!!! When she walked up I told her if she presured me I was gone,that I wanted what I want and that was it.She said great I will help and she did!! I ordered my Jeep from the factory through O'Daniel Motors because they know Jeeps. I wanted not only a factory order but also a dealership that would meet my needs in ordering and installing aftermarket equipment once my Jeep arrived from the factory. Roberta Parkison made sure that everything went smooth and she was there every step of the way to make sure the process went according to plan. After my Jeep arrived from the factory, Roberta was sending me pictures before the modifications took place. I had leather seats installed after my Jeep arrived from the factory. I also had a 2 1/2" lift kit installed, as well as a new front bumper, winch, wheels and tires. After I took delivery, I was back to O'daniel Motors to have the new front bumper and side rails installed. Flawless installation by the body shop!!

I can't say enough good things about Roberta. She is as nice a person as you'll ever meet. No pressure sales tactics. She wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible and made me feel like I was her only customer. Make sure you ask for Roberta by name when you plan on going to O'daniel to buy a vehicle and your experience will be a great one!

Craig Ruskaup is the sales manager and he was my go-to guy for ordering the right equipment and making sure I got the right price on both the equipment and labor. He knows Jeeps and most importantly, he knows Jeep equipment. You will find no one better in the business as Craig when it comes to Jeeps!

Bob Kimes was a pleasure to work with when it came down to financing and again, everything went smoothly from the time we sat down until I left with my Jeep.

I would definitely recommend this dealership hands down over any other Jeep dealership between Mishawaka and Ft Wayne and I won't go anywhere else in the future.

I had bought my previous car at Odaniel so I always considered Odaniel. I am happy with my purchase of a jeep liberty. The only thing I would suggest is to post price as final price if there is no negotion in the price. It also may be a bad idea to give interest rates until you know the rates the purchaser is going to get. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I felt like Roberta has done everything in her power so I can get the car I want with the price I want. Even though, it was a long process in the making, I am very pleased with the end result. I definitely recommend Roberta to other customers.

Roberta was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of buying my new Jeep. She was very easy to work with, never resorting to high pressure tactics, yet remained engaged with me every step. Roberta went above and beyond both during and after the sale, coming in on her day off (a Saturday nonetheless) and taking care of all logistics getting my Wrangler in for it's detail and to install an accessory.

She took time to show me all the features of my new Jeep, including showing me how to take off and then reinstall the soft top (In January!).

Bottom line is I would absolutely purchase again from both Roberta and O'Daniel.

I went into the dealership to get my car appraised and look into used cars. Pat was there to explain leasing an option I had never thought about or looked into. He explained the "lease to own" option perfectly so it made sense. I was able to get more car for my buck. Great job showing all avenues of car buying.

I was impressed with the exceptional service I received when trading my used car for a 2011 Dodge Avenger. Mark and Shaylene were wonderful. They were both excellent at their jobs. Everyone I encountered that morning was helpful and friendly, even other salesmen that I was not working with. I have already told friends about my wonderful experience and will continue to tell anyone who asks.
