I did reach out to Corporate on Monday, 11/28/22. Received no response, though I did leave my phone number. It must have taken my call to Toyota Financial for you to take the time and go through the motions. I’m actually surprised you did and respect your attempt. What could you possibly do to remedy the simple fact Oakbrook Toyota refused to honor a simple lease end agreement on a car I leased FROM OAKBROOK TOYOTA, without having to invent added fees, nonsense costs and other ways to line their pockets? Their attitude, when caught with blatant deceptive practices, was dumbfounding. I had a contract your dealership had written 3 years ago (Grandson of old Bob, Conor was salesperson) and I signed it with a handshake! 3 years later, The Lease ends and dealership wouldn’t honor the contractual terms? I fulfilled my end of the deal, manager Joseph Perry and YOUR dealership refused. I can’t make it more clear than making sure everyone I know avoids Oakbrook Toyota. You guys are rated #9 in the area as it relates to Toyota Customer Satisfaction. I know why and now maybe you do as well. Joseph Perry is your problem, not mine.
