My Review Of Old Saybrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
I brought my father's 1997 Jeep in to have the PCM replaced, as it had been giving us trouble for months. The experience I had with Carrie and the rest of the service/parts team from start to finish was absolutely unheard-of. Of course, the vehicle was fixed as well as I expected, but the thing was, we were treated like family. Now we have never been into this dealership before, we were not an existing customer, but we felt like we had been going there for years. We got our part in very quickly, had an appointment the next day, we were not kept in the dark on anything, and pricing was fair with no surprises. I know where I will send any of my customers when they need something taken care of on their Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. Thanks, Carrie!
