Rob was very friendly and extremely professional. They handled my 2012 Jeep warranty issue very efficiently and the waiting area was clean and spacious. Carrie was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
I really like the dealership and service area, and I bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them.
I would certainly recommend to others.

I brought my father's 1997 Jeep in to have the PCM replaced, as it had been giving us trouble for months. The experience I had with Carrie and the rest of the service/parts team from start to finish was absolutely unheard-of. Of course, the vehicle was fixed as well as I expected, but the thing was, we were treated like family. Now we have never been into this dealership before, we were not an existing customer, but we felt like we had been going there for years. We got our part in very quickly, had an appointment the next day, we were not kept in the dark on anything, and pricing was fair with no surprises. I know where I will send any of my customers when they need something taken care of on their Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. Thanks, Carrie!

I stopped in on Friday to have a "low pressure" tire light shut off
or checked. I don't usually use this dealership, even though I bought
it there because Madison is closer to my house After the nice experience
on Friday, I decided to bring it in and get an oil change on Monday. I
worked in several dealerships myself over the years, so I understand
"upselling", which they suggested a few things my car could use, but did
not high pressure me into anything. I did have the tires rotated on
their advice. When I got to my car I noticed they had washed it. I
said to myself, "I wish I could have had it vacuumed" because it was full
of dirt and leaves,etc. When I opened the door...IT HAD BEEN VACUUMED.
I think I may have found a new place to bring my car !!
