My Review of Open Road Acura of Wayne:
Shopping to buy a new 2004 MDX. Talked with the sales guy quite a long time and got to a point of actually deciding to buy the SUV that day. The General Manager came to discuss the pricing on the options and final price. He was really rude and very unfriendly. Had a very bad sh_tty attitude and actually said &quot;either take our offer or leave&quot;. We are customers, we are there to spend money, not there to be disrespected. We immediately left and went to another dealer (Ramsey Acura) who not only met Wayne's prices, but gave us a BETTER deal, and much much friendlier people.<br>I've purchased alot of cars in my life time and I've never EVER met a manager with such an attitude.<br>I know Wayne Acura is big and has a large sale volume, but treating customers with this dirt-slum attitude is simply unacceptable.
