Very knowledgable and friendly. He explained the process of gap insurance very well and the benefits of buying a warranty package. I liked him because he did not try and hawk us a new car but stick with what our goals were. He knew all of the cars and machinery impressively.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with OPEN ROAD Staff. If you ever needed a sales consultant go to Bobby Steward, he answer all your questions and he is extremely patient, honest and courteous. In addition, Gunnar Hopoon, general sales manager will never let you leave his dealership until you are totally satisfied as a customer and Mr. Tony Fiore, business manager know his numbers and explain everything in real english. We strongly recommend Open Road Nissan of Morristown to any one that is looking to purchase a new vehicle. So we thank you and we are also hoping to have a great experience with your service department as we had with the office staff.

My Review of Open Road Nissan of Morristown:
I had done my homework before entering the dealership and what I was told was exactly what I was expecting to hear. I have noticed a team effort to close the deal, trying to give me different opportunites from different perspectives and from different sales professionals/managers. Robert is a young sales consultant, but also a kind person, and where he needed some technical help Patel showed all his experience. Finally, Fiore is the kind of experienced manager who can answer all your questions on the paperwork side of the purchase of a car. I also have had the pleasure to be served by another manager (white male, middle age, fair complexion - unfortunately I don`t remember his name), who ultimately closed the deal. By the way, I love my new Nissan Cube!

I had an excellent experience buying my leased vehicle from this dealer. They were not pushy. I felt that all of my questions were answering. They maintain a friendly and professional environment. The process was longer than I thought, however, I believe that our sales representative and accountent worked as fast as they could. An overall relaxing experience and I don't have any regrets in buying my vehicle.

I had a problem with a "highway" dealer and called Open Road. Very smooth process. Friendly courteous sales associates, straight forward, no tricks. Beat competitors price with little effort. They were so nice and helpful we leased two Rogues - one for each of my daughters. One daughter was coming of a lease and the other just graduated college and was starting a job. I would highly recommend them. Jimmy Nguyen and Onofrio Altizio were great to deal with.

My Review of Open Road Nissan of Morristown:
It was time to re-lease our Nissian Altima. We had gone to numerous dealers to find a good deal on a 2009 Nissian. This dealership from the minute we walked into the door went out of their way to meet our needs. Helpful, informative, customer service above and beyond any dealer we had previously visited. No questions were to hard to answer and they definitely worked with us so that we could get the car we wanted, at the price we could afford. They made turning our old Nissian in a very easy experience and picking up the new one an even easier one. I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff for all the effort they give to each customer above and beyond other dealers.

I am very pleased with my vehicle. The only thing I am very upset about is that I was told it would come with heated seats and it didn't. I wish I knew that because I really wanted the heated seats. For what I spent I thought it came with heated seats.

We went there because our lease was up. We have done business with them for the first time 3 years go wen they opened in Morristown. We went there to lease a new 09 Altima but saw the Rogue and was pleased with the car. The sales person knew what he was talking about and the sales manager was able to get us a very reasonable price.

My experience was totally positive from the beginning because each employee was not only courteous but efficient and responsive to any/all questions. The person I dealt with directly was Bobby Stewart and he did an outstanding job of providing all the info I needed and handled the evaluation of my old Nissan quickly and efficiently. When I picked up the new car yesterday, he was very thorough in explaining all the features and introducing me to service department personnel as well.

My Review of Open Road Nissan of Morristown:
Went to this dealership on the last day of CARS program, made a deal for a Nissan Cube that was to be my daughters car in a little over a year, they then told me to wait while they put through the rebate paperwork. All of my paperwork was in order (2 years of insurance, 3 years of registration and the title) I called them back at 4 and then 6 and they kept telling me to be patient they were waiting for the CARS system to come back on line. The CARS program extended the deadline until 12 noon the next day for dealers and I called them 15 minutes before closing and they told me they didn't get the paperwork for the rebate done and they therefore were not going to honor the deal. I spoke to Bob, the sales manager and told him the deadline was extended but he told me that they were still not going through with it. My biggest issue with them was if they had told me when I first arrived at 11am that they did not want to process anymore CARS deals I would have had a chance to go to another dealer, but they strung me along all day and cost me the deal. I have filed formal complaints with the US DOT who runs the CARS program, Nissan USA, Senator Menendez' office, Congressman Frelinghuysens office and I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On top of that I am spreading word on their dealings with me to well over 500 people through Facebook, my community newsletter, my job where I supervise 200 people and my wife's job at a hospital. So congrats OpenRoad Nissan, you chose to screw the wrong guy. My friend who recommended me has already told me when his lease is up he is going elsewhere.
