Him and his staff are cowards and have no customer service skills whatsoever, just like every other used car salesman lie to you to get you in and then shotguns your credit.. Never will i reccommend this place to anyone.

This was one of the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Raymond was very helpful and not pushy at all. I connected with him right away and wanted to continue to help me and here comes Deno. Deno makes buying a car fun and keeps you laughing. It was the fastest experience I ever had in buying a car. We were totally shocked that we didn't get bombarded with a salesman when we got out of our car, we actually had to ask for help which in this instance I didn't mind at all because I just knew we would get the typical salesman bs. We ended up with Nick, it was his first sale and I felt glad that we got him started and he did a great job explaining everything to us about the car and all of the safety features, we are very happy with our new car and will definitely go back there again.

I came in to purchase a New Camry I do not like any hassle I just want to see the car I want test drive and make a deal I do not like being in any dealership for over an hour. Well the New Car Sales team did this for me I was there for 35min tops and I got an amazing deal from Deno Moore (sales manager) and Mark Johnson was very friendly and very upfront from the start I felt the honesty and respect which is very important from me. Although they are 40 miles and about 8 Toyota dealerships away, I bought a car today from Metroplex Toyota because my online search led to the truck I wanted being in their inventory. I dealt with Mark Johnson from an internet inquiry until the purchase. In my case, Metroplex Toyota and Mark Johnson met, and in fact, exceeded all my expectations. Mark was courteous, professional, fair and honest in all our pre-sale and sale dealings.

Personally, I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience as my trade was valued very close to the "Kelly Blue Book" price, the vehicle price was very fair per my internet research and the financing matched the low interest rate available from my credit union. So, I was very pleased with Metroplex and I'm actually wondering if my internet research was flawed. It couldn't have been that easy?

Further, Chris Dutton in the finance office was very professional, good at his job explaining the extra warranties and, although his boss might not like this, very low pressure with the sales of these warranties (especially since he knew I had done my homework and wasn't buying).

Anyway, I was stunned to see a bad evaluation on Mark Johnson. It's not the Mark I met. I liked dealing with Mark and I'd recommend him. I guess to each his own, but if you're thinking about disqualifying Mark per the other review, I hope my review will make you rethink your position. By looking at reviews, you are doing your due diligence in researching your possible purchase, so you will know if you are being treated fairly. That said, Mark is definitely worth dealing with and, if you get the same treatment I received, you will be very happy you selected him as your sales representative. Good luck.

We came in to look, but the service and Walter were so non pressure that we decided to purchase. Walter was very laid back and friendly-felt like a friend not a salesman, and the mgr met us at our desired price with no haggling, gimmicks or headaches. For people who dread shopping for cars, our faith has been restored!!!!!

This dealership is one of the best around hands down. My family has bought multiple cars from Metroplex and we use their service department. They know us by name and we are always greeted with a smile and friendly staff. They are always willing to work around my schedule and they keep the cars superbly maintained. Just bought my second car from this dealer and this time was better than the first. I literally picked out what I wanted online, applied online, recieved a call back within the hour saying all they needed was a few signatures and I was done. Chris in finance worked like a mad man and I now have the best interest rate I've ever had and I have less than perfect credit. These guys are the best period!
