My Review of Otto's BMW of Exton:
I have purchased many BMW's over the years and have had many New Vehicle delivery experiences and I must say this is by far the Very Best Experience I have ever had. Robert Felicetti the sales manager did a great job getting involved and gave me numbers to buy the car with out any hassel. Additionally, John Wegner my client advisor was knowledgable and was customer focused. Furthermore, Matt the genelman that did my finance paper work was professional and got right to the point which I greatly appriciated. My delivery took 2 hours from the time I walked in the door untill I was driving down the road, the team was efficent, prepared and didn't waste my time, again best delivery ever.

Thanks for a Great Job Robert, John, and Matt....
