My Review of Otto's BMW:
Well, I got a brand new 328I at the end of Aug, and it was there in Sept for a headlight being out. When I got it back three other lights came on, so I called the service dept, back to let them know what was going on. There response was that is was "normal" for those lights to be on. Which i highly doubt they are because they are still on. I went to Devon Hill a few years ago, and they were absolutely the best as far as service and sales, no pressure or anything, unlike Otto's.

I have been to Otto's for sales and service both. Every time I have got a friendly and professional response. The sales person knows what he is talking about and same is true with the service department.

My Review of Otto's BMW:
I visited their parts department on two occasions to buy parts. They were very friendly and willing to help. Parts were expensive even with my BMWCCA discount, but I guess I'm just use to wholesale and online prices.

After buying the parts I needed, I visited the show room. someone was immediately there to see if I needed help or had any questions. Talked breifly to the sales guy about the new M5 then I asked to be left alone while I just browsed the showroom. On my way out, another sales person pestered me, but it was understandable since she wasn't there when I asked to be left alone.

My Review of Otto's BMW:
I dont really feel like typing a whole lot cause I dont wanna relive the situation....<br>But basically my car stinks(BRAND NEW 2004 bmw325ci) its a lemon noone wants to replace it for me....I have it brought it into the shop about 6 times in 9 months for service....<br>Took my car into this dealership for service (needs like 5 things replaced) The dealership scratched my paint and DESTROYED my rims..after about 2 hours of yelling and a call to the state police..the District Manager shows up and agrees to fix the rims and detail the car... It been in the shop for over a week now, and the only contact I have with the service dept. for status updates ARE FROM MYSELF CALLING THEM.... Terrible...

My Review of Otto's BMW:
I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. As a first time customer and a customer with very little knowledge of the BMW, the salesman Adam was very helpful. He gave me the BMW101 class like a college instructor. He never pressured me into buying a car and he did not take advantage of the fact that I only had limited knowledge of the product that I was inquiring about. I bought a 2000 BMW 328I off the used car lot. I got a great price on a really good vehicle. I ended up with more extras in the car than I ever imagined. I never felt ripped off by the dealer like I had been in the past with other dealerships. My car has been great and I will always drive a BMW. Otto's BMW will always have my business and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
