My Review of Otto's BMW:
I would NEVER recommend purchasing a car from this dealership to anyone! <br>The sales rep I dealt with was always very polite and friendly but I could never get a straight answer from him. <br>Watch out for the sales manager...he's an old pro at the game. When I picked up my car, the invoice listed all the specs and options I wanted..but not the prices. I realized a few days later they had charged me a few hundred dollars extra. The sales manager acknowleged the error (did not receive an apology) and said they would write me a cheque. I had to call him several times before I finally received the cheque 2 months later.

My Review of Otto's BMW:
Otto's is not only the oldest, but the best dealership in Canada.<br>One of their mechanics (Jim) won the award as best BMW mechanic in all of Canada. The sales staff , especially Larry Blais, is wonderful...that's why I've bought 3 cars from him!
